I have to be honest… I wanted Stephanie to make my Wife’s cake Bratz Doll theme, with strawberry jelly or strawberries in the middle. We didn’t get the strawberries in the middle. The cake was made beautiful on the outside. We wanted cheesecake frosting and the cake to be pink and it was. The flavor of the cheesecake was really good! The reason I put 3 stars is because, the cake was VERY dry and we didn’t get our strawberries in the middle. I followed the instructions on letting it thaw out for a few hours, we did. The cake breading was very dry and the next day it was even dryer. My wife and I got her cousin a cake from Walmart and it was moist when we got it the same and next day. We liked the Walmart cake better for $25 because it was way moist. The Bratz cake was beautiful for $65. Overall, Stephanie was very nice and flexible with dates and times to pick up my Wife’s cake. But I definitely would just get a cake from Walmart or Costco next time. :)

Cakes by Frosted made my perfect wedding cake! It was SO DELICIOUS that I ate a huge slice of it for breakfast the morning after my wedding, too :) the cake was beautiful and they did a great job matching the vision I had for the cake. And the mini cupcakes were delicious, too! My family was fighting over the leftover carrot cake mini cupcakes the day after the wedding! The mini cupcakes were the perfect size for guests to enjoy multiple flavors without having to commit to a big slice of cake or a large cupcake.
