A female worker/cashier was wearing very unprofessional clothing at work. Sweatpants or lounge pants and a small crop top. Please make a dress code! Also, I felt sick to my stomach after two scoops of strangely watery gelato.

Nice seating inside and out, friendly service and great gelato
Tell the girl sitting on the couch, scrolling on her phone with some guy, that she should get up off her butt and greet customers. She should also wash her nasty phone hands before serving us. She should also smile and be friendly, not rush us so she can get back to the couch. I own a business. I'd fire any employee who represented my company like this. Gelato was great, but we like to go places where we feel appreciated and welcomed, not like we're a nuisance and annoying.

The gelato was alright, icy in some bites, and overall much less creamy than I had hoped. The employee that served me couldn’t wait to get back to her phone call that she didn’t mute or turn down while helping me, still heard her friend the whole time. She was the only one in the shop too. Asked for one flavor to be on the bottom, she put it on top. Prices were better than they usually are at a gelato shop. Overall, mid-tier experience.

While the gelato is fine, the check out process is lame as you have to select the custom tip to leave no tip, and it's super annoying. I'm not sure if they are encouraging customers to tip more, but I think tipping should be encouraged from good service, not some gimmick.. the gelatos are alright, but the portion is small. i got a double scoop and it looks smaller than a single from elsewhere lol ...
