Nearly every table was filthy, as well as the floor and restroom (MEN'S, women's was out of order). Our food was hot and fresh. I appreciate the female employee who was trying to discuss w her colleagues that the men's restroom doesn't have a change table ( I had a pull up for my toddler in hand). It wasn't a concern for me because I was replacing underwear for the pull-up, but it was a nice gesture. We tried to order ahead via app but it wouldn't accept my promo. They were able to take care of it at the register and honor the promo.

Bought a dipped cone and a parfait. The chocolate on the dipped cone didn’t even harden because the ice cream was basically melted the moment I got it. The ice cream in the parfait was the same. Waste of money and overpriced.

Horrible customer service over 30 minutes just for some chicken tenders and fries. Other people waiting a while too the drive through was packed as well not moving. Workers show no rush to get orders out taking their time. One employee licked his glove and did not recall him changing it afterwards and continued making food.

Asked for queso got fromunda cheese with extra bust. The Pretzels are inedible. Onion rings are Fried in motor oil. and the queso cheese stays in it's cup after being flipped longer than the blizzard, specifically 2 minutes. And Apparently dq is on its last limb because 2 sides and a blizzard is 20 bucks. On a real note I am genuinly never eating dq again and you shouldnt to

Drove threw the drive thrue this afternoon Wednesday 1/8/25 5.15 PM ordered two fish sandwiches and two onion rings total price was around $32.00 dollars handed the cashier $100 dollar bill and was told they did not have change. And could we pay another way other than a American $100 dollar bill , as we did not but had $12 dollars in singles so they said sorry we are still open and serving food for another 5 1/2 hours we only have $59.00 dollars in cash so they only would sell us one fish sandwich for $12 dollars. And that fish sandwich was not even cod , but an over fried over breaded over possessed mixed fish patty in a squishy soggy bun JEEZ I'm really sad for this bad experience at dairy queen. Really disappointed at this sub standard (burger King) experience. Hey Dairy Queen wake up! If you want to sell substandard food overpriced you should at least accept American Currency. P.S I'M WAITING for your response.

The drive-thru attendant was rude and very inattentive. When she gave us our order 1 blizzard was overflowing, one was uncovered and my Mom's milkshake was liquid. When we asked for napkins to clean the mess she only gave us 2, then when we asked for more she only rolled her eyes and reluctantly gave us more. They truly do not value customer-friendly rules.

The customer service here often lacks. I came through 9/19 only wanting some tenders tossed in bbq. No fries or anything, and they had no button to charge a 3-piece tossed in BBQ without the combo, therefore wouldn't accommodate. I could only get the sauce on the side, or buy the 4 piece w fries. I tried asking if i could be charged for the sauce so they would toss it for me and they said they couldnt do that. The manager that the initial employee called over when I asked for the accomodatiom was rather rude. This was a simple request that could've easily been filled. Bummed. I just wanted sauced tenders ? decided to leave instead of continue the back and fourth.
