The entire place is filthy and the service and attitude from the entire staff was worse argued with me about what I ordered and had to wait a reall long time to order even tho Noone was in line ahead of us.

Work station was filthy, both front counter girls were extremely rude. They proceeded to talk about me and complaint about my order. I went to explain and the i assume manager on duty was the most rude. Then while we ate our order they continued talking about us and one cursed loudly. Never coming back. Happened at 8:30 on 7/26/25

They gave me a Sunday with rotten fruit on it and then didn't even have the decency to answer the phone when I tried to call and get the issue resolved. Because I wasn't due to be back in that area anytime soon. So just be careful when ordering Sundays to check it first and make sure it's not rotten.

Does not honor 7$ meal deal after 4 pm solely because managers and franchise owners are greedy. I eat at DQ every day for work in different cities due to my job. This is the only one who doesn't honor the meal deal. And used false advertising at the window which doesn't state it ends at 4 pm. If it is a participating location for the deal, they are supposed to honor it all day, not just as they make it up. Also gave us a fully melted slushy right out the window. The workers on minimum wage are the only things holding this place together. Won't be surprised if it gets shut down soon due to ownership.

We had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. One staff member threatened to remove our child from a high chair simply because he wasn’t sitting in it the way she deemed appropriate. Her tone was rude and unnecessarily harsh. We dine out regularly with our kids and have never encountered anything like this before. Such a terrible experience.

Nearly every table was filthy, as well as the floor and restroom (MEN'S, women's was out of order). Our food was hot and fresh. I appreciate the female employee who was trying to discuss w her colleagues that the men's restroom doesn't have a change table ( I had a pull up for my toddler in hand). It wasn't a concern for me because I was replacing underwear for the pull-up, but it was a nice gesture. We tried to order ahead via app but it wouldn't accept my promo. They were able to take care of it at the register and honor the promo.
Bought a dipped cone and a parfait. The chocolate on the dipped cone didn’t even harden because the ice cream was basically melted the moment I got it. The ice cream in the parfait was the same. Waste of money and overpriced.

Horrible customer service over 30 minutes just for some chicken tenders and fries. Other people waiting a while too the drive through was packed as well not moving. Workers show no rush to get orders out taking their time. One employee licked his glove and did not recall him changing it afterwards and continued making food.
