Absolutely terrible. The price was fine, no complaints but is it a pay for what you get situation? The people at the register are impatient with everyone-they want you out. They will not make any changes and ketchup for your fries is a cost. Despite the name, there is no drive through and a guard walks around watching everyone. It’s burger prison.
The best cheeseburgers fries, and tarter sauce.
moris malouf a security guard has been actively begging and harassing customers of a few locations. drives a big black SUV, claims his kid has cancer and doesn't make enough.
I went to Dick’s for the first time today. I can’t eat gluten, so I researched online to find out if they would accommodate me. Despite multiple assurances that they would be glad to do a lettuce wrap, they wouldn’t even consider it. No changes to their menu. At all! Very disappointing
You must of changed (cheaper) ingredients so you could pay $17 an hour.
There should be a warning label on this food from tainted ,low grade ground beef ,to seed oil drenched fries .This food is poison .Just look at 75%people in line they are overweight and angry .
Stopped at the new Everett location on 8/10. I've been a customer for more than 60 years. While there have been gaps in my patronage over the years I was able to try the latest location in Everett. It was a complete disappointment. Fries have always been my measure and what we received last night was a complete mess. A hunk of cold greasy, unsalted limp fries. Actually awful. I thought it was so cool that I could give Dicks another try. Many memories, but this meal was a one and done. You're slapping out food so fast no one is paying attention to quality. I didn't try a shake, maybe there's still hope for a decent shake.
I have been doing Dick’’s for over 60yrs now and have never passed one of them up when driving reasonably close! Love Dick’s We were close to Wallingford when I was very young. we were up on 73rd 🫶🌹👍🤗

Can't beat a Dick's burgers, frys, and shakes... the condiments are relatively cheap... But the onions are nasty...

Good burgers at a fair price. Soggy fries are the only complaint.

Still old-school cool with best eats for a date night out or family night with the kids. I've been eating at Dicks for 45 years. No better burger/fry/milkshake combos anywhere but here in our state. Keep it rolling. 💯
Simply put, it is THE basic drive-in burger you get in the Greater Seattle Area.
The regular, single cheeseburger is like a better version of the McDonald's single burger, and has a vaguely addictive, bet-you-can't-eat-just-one quality to it.
The Deluxe is delicious if you want something heftier and enjoy a zesty relish sauce (I do, though I understand it's not for everyone).
French fries are always dependent on one's personal preference; everybody has their own way they like them done. Dick's fries are thoroughly greasy and salty—I adore them, but again, others may not feel the same way. If you prefer a thicker, more potatoe-y fry or a crispier, less greasy fry, than they're probably not for you.
My favorite order is one regular cheeseburger, one Deluxe, and one order of fries (plus a drink, of course). I usually grab a soda, but Dick's shakes are great when you want more of a treat.
Service is fast, friendly, and convenient. One of my favorite things about Dick's is that they take very good care of their employees; it's always nice knowing that you're giving your money to accompany that looks after their own.
Location disclaimer: the Everett location is not open yet as of this review; I visited during a food truck promotion prior to construction completing. It will be open summer 2025. I've been to plenty of other Dick's locations in the Greater Seattle Area. They all have the same great food and great service.

Impressive burger with good service. Prices were surprisingly low as well. Highly recommend trying as a pitstop driving through Seattle or as a regular burger for locals. Fries 3.7; burger 7.2.
