Placed an order at 6:30. Was told it would be 25 min. An hour later it hadn't even left the store yet. Was offered to cancel the order. By that time I would have had to start an order all over again. At 7:55 I was told it was finally out the door to be delivered. Dominos response? The time is just an estimate....

Every time I order a buffalo chicken sandwich, it has next to no chicken on it. EVERY SINGLE TIME. All they do is either give me points to my rewards or a 20% off coupon but the sandwiches still have no meat on them. If you aren't going to put anything on the sandwiches, then why have them on the menu at all?

Last few times they burnt my tater tots and barely any basically no BBQ sauce on my BBQ chicken and I ordered a PEPPERONI AND SAUSAGE AND I GOT A CHEESE PIZZA AND IT WAS COLD..HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED..NORMALLY I HAVE NICE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT DOMINO'S.. MAYBE THEY ARE GOING THRU CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT
Found hair in my food for the second time in 2 months and not black peoples hair either I thought it was a fluke at first but then it happened again ?went back for a refund cuz I was fed up with the service and the cashier said it would take like 5 days for my refund…it only takes a couple hours for them to take their tips out of peoples account so why take so long to refund my funds that I wasted on this hairy food and I saw an old white dude smoking a cigarette while getting ready to go out for delivery… don’t recommend at all! That’s downright disgusting and rude customer service not to mention the fact that the last time I also got the wrong order and a giant cookie instead of the brownies that I ordered

I don't understand the low rating, pizza was cooked perfectly, crust was bomb. Order was ready when it said. It's pizza y'all, it ain't a gourmet meal. Yeah it's expensive, but eating out is that way in general now. I know what I'm getting, and it was very good. Service was also good! I picked up, didn't get it delivered.
