Psst. Wanna know a secret? Edmonds best dumpling hotspot. Go here! My wife and I were told to go here from an Asian friend Super friendly Northeastern Chinese family. Big portions. Tons of great flavor. They make their own amazing noodles. The eggplant dish was the best over ever had! Prepared just perfectly. I'm afraid to share my secret place, but they deserve big success! Yesterday I went to order dumpling ? for takeout. Customer service woman was so rude. She don’t even know how to talk with customers. She told me to order will be ready in 10 minutes. Then i went for pick up. And I was about eat but they didn’t put any forks ? or napkins . Stupid. ?????????

We come here frequently after Sunday errands. The cold, spicy noodles are one of my go-tos. They just started a new beef and saurkraut dumpling that you have to try, but our favorite, and a dish that we order every time, is the braised pork and eggplant. It's incredible. The owner is also so friendly and happy to talk to us every time we're there. It's just consistent- consistently good food, consistently friendly service, consistently clean and pleasant restaurant. Prices are very, very reasonable considering we always have plenty of leftovers to bring home. We always order way too much because everything sounds good!

Best fried rice we have had ever (we got pineapple). Dumplings were hot and fresh too. Would be better with a bigger group so you can try lots of things. Service is also great; friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

I would give ten stars if I could :) we stopped in for dinner and were blown away by the food and service. Everything we had was super delicious—not too oily nor salty, it was just all on point. Judging by the quality of food, we couldn’t help but wonder why there were relatively fewer people dining in, but at the same time, we were just glad to find a hidden gem in the area. We’ll be coming back for sure!!

Nice assortment of soups and dumplings to be ordered from menu. Pork bun was extremely well-done-the bread was luxuriously soft and freshly made. Many encore visits planned. Small cafe but clean and inviting. BTW, one of the Caucasian customers came by to pick up a pre-order. In conversation with the manager/owner, she acknowledged that she had a food truck, yet she walked out with 4 big bags of Dumpling Generation food!!! What does that tell you???

Great all around. Had the pork and chive dumplings, pork chow mein and green beans, all fantastic. Ordered to go and showed up early, they had the food out early anyway. Will be back.

It was a great pleasure to have this decent lunch with my sister. It was our first time to be there, and I thought the restaurant had opened recently because inside was so Immaculate. We tried a wonton noodles soup and a beef chow mein and a pork, chive, and shrimp dumpling. Their complimentary tea, which was a black tea with lychee, made us comfortable. Also, we tried the noodles both, which were in the soup and stir-fry. They were pretty decent chewy texture either in soup or stir-fry. At last, the dumpling was so moisture that it made it juicy after one bite. I definitely go back again with my family whenever I crave dumplings.

We tried a wonton noodles soup and a beef chow mein and a pork, chive, and shrimp dumpling. Their complimentary tea, which was a black tea with lychee, made us comfortable. Also, we tried the noodles both, which were in the soup and stir-fry. They were pretty decent chewy texture either in soup or stir-fry. At last, the dumpling was so moisture that it made it juicy after one bite. I definitely go back again with my family whenever I crave dumplings.
