I love Dusted Valley!! I’ve come for happy hour and for a live music night and every time it’s just as good. I really like sitting on the patio in the summer and bringing our dogs. The staff members are so nice and helpful, and the wine is top tier! Highly recommend the syrah especially.

There are way better places to taste wine where staff is pleasant and wine is good, don't waste your time here. I've never encountered such rude staff at a wine tasting ever. Manager was super rude and wouldn’t let us use more than one gift card. Though the gift cards did not say anything like “limit one per purchase" they said "cannot be combined with another promotion" which is not the same, they also say "gift card" on the card, not "coupon or discount." Completely false advertising by the business. Anywhere else these would be considered cash. They made no effort to make it right and were very rude about it from the beginning, not offering even a sincere apology, rolling their eyes, when we initially were very polite in our request. They also accusingly asked "how did you get so many gift cards? (when these were a gift from someone). Instead of trying to accommodate us in any way the manager came over and spoke down to us. Then after we left we realized they overcharged us and didn’t correct the bill (still not corrected). Wine isn’t very good and is very overpriced. Stating that we were asking to "foot the entire bill" is incorrect, it was for two tastings, it's not like we were trying to buy bottles of wine with the gift cards. We also tipped our server generously, as we realized it was not her fault, but was the manager and woman who brought the check that were extremely rude.

We were members of the wine club because we live in town and thought it would be worth it if we were able to take friends or family to do a tasting a few times a year. The low rating is because they seem to have a policy of not offering tastings the last hour they're open and their hours are extremely limited, so this ultimately wasn't worth it for us. We were turned away for our complimentary tasting when they were still advertised as being open for another 35 minutes. Some of the wines are very good. Most of them have a bit of that funkiness you get from smaller brands. The food menu is excellent.

Joined the wine club out of curiosity, wine was interesting but not amazing. They offer a monthly free tasting, but turned us away at 6:25 because they closed at 7 and that wasn't enough time for a tasting. We walked 4 blocks uphill and finished a tasting at virtue cellars by 7. Feels like they just didn't want to do the free tasting and wanted to upcharge us by selling us a glass too. There were 2 other people in the whole winery.
Reply to dusted valleys response: offering me the complimentary tasting i was already entitled too (at a time that works better? 6:25 on my anniversary was a pretty great time, it worked well for me, it didn't work well for you) isn't a way to get my business back. Also ignoring the fact that I was able to complete another tasting by 7 that was a 4 block walk away isn't helping you either. You apologized for ineffective communication, is there anywhere on your website that says tasting stop at 625 or earlier? Or any material you've produced that states this? If not, it's not ineffective communication, it's no communication.

My husband and I went for the first time tonight. Great experience, nice atmosphere and superb service! Lisa took great care of us and explained each wine during my wine tasting. I left with a bottle of my favorite. She told us about the live music on Friday and invited us back to check it out. We definitely will! So nice to have this place in downtown Edmonds. Check this place out!

We love Dusted Valley. Great wine and great customer service. They always remember we are Covid cautious. They have very warm outdoor heaters and turn them on ahead of our visit so we can sit on the patio. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Edmonds.
