As a long time Barista these drive thru coffee chains throughout Washington usually don’t make a good impression on me. During my recent trip for Christmas my plane got delayed and I flew in Christmas Eve. As many coffee stops were closed I decided to get a late night Kids Temp London fog with a bit of lavender from this Big foot Java. It was absolutely delicious and frothed incredibly well! I was surprised and came back the next day, Emily with the cool peekaboo orange hair did a fantastic one as well! For 8 days I returned, unfortunately many of the other baristas and other locations often curdled the milk or just make a full earl grey and added a splash of milk last. So on the very last night of my trip I came back and Emily once again wowed me! Even as far as remembering my exact order. Please give this girl some praise at work because she really does have the skill and knowledge to make even the most high maintenance beverage enjoyers happy!

Whoever was working there 12.26 around 8p curly hair was so rude, I usually go every other day around the same time and by far have NEVER had a problem until today. Right off the bat was very rude unprofessional attitude when me and my partner was ordering. Good to say I will not be coming back for a long time.

We pulled up kind of late at night, and the baristas were both so friendly! The drinks here are always so good, sometimes when you get blended drinks the texture can be off because they're not blended fully but we have never had an issue at this location. Emily had a great demeanor despite the late hour, I was honestly impressed by how cheerful and upbeat she was- I know I was dead on my feet. The drinks were made quickly and with a bright smile! Definitely reccomend coming here especially if you need a caffeine fix quickly, and want to know it'll be the same every time.

Amazing baristas, good coffee, and tons of non-coffee options... But the real gem is the cold brew! Consistently the best cold brew in town, and they very rarely run out of it!
Looking for a mango smoothie? No problem! Need a proper caffeine fix? BigFoot's got'choo! Tasty treats at any hour of the day!!

Today around 7 PM, I ordered a Natty Yetty. After driving away from the booth, I took my first sip and immediately noticed that the coffee was extremely bitter and overly sweet—almost as if the excessive sugar was meant to mask how over-roasted it tasted. It was undrinkable, and since I had already left the area, I ended up throwing it away. I’m very disappointed with the quality and believe I deserve a refund.

On Wednesday November 12,2025 around 1:15pm. I have gone to big foot Java for many years and I have never experienced such poor customer service. The location 2215 highway 99 Edmonds WA 98026 . I ordered a blended chai frostbite when I got my beverage I took a drink noticing many small and big pieces of plastic. I was able to get the bigger pieces out and swallowed the smaller piece thinking it was just ice. I drove back and asked Madeline which stated she is the assistant manager why there are plastic pieces in my drink. She stated this wasn’t the only time it has happened so she knew exactly why there was . She stated she left the scoop in the blender and didn’t realize she blended it in my drink. This is unacceptable , she never apologized or seemed to care. when her coworker dumped out the drink they found more pieces. Madeline also had the blender where she made my drink and realized there were pieces still in there. I want to bring awareness because it could have ended worse for me and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. I asked for my refund and never will be going back to that location again. Please check your drinks!!!!
Out of all the Big Foot Java’s in Washington state and I’ve been to ALL multiple times, THIS ONE IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE, customer service is 10/10, every employee working here is incredible, Mayrin, Ximena, Ari, Claire , Delina to name a few they are sooo sweet! Been coming here back to back for months now and they always get my drinks right, always so respectful and kind. Every new hire ends up being so amazing as well!

Bigfoot Java is one of my favorite coffee spots. The drinks are always made just right, and the coffee tastes fresh every time. The baristas are friendly and quick, even when the line is long. I really like how consistent the quality is no matter which location I visit. Their specialty drinks have great flavor, and the prices are reasonable too. It’s the perfect stop for a morning coffee or a late night pick me up.

If someone gets 4+ drinks yall need to have the person pull off to the side so others can leave the line. I got in this like 20 mins before I had to be at work and I was LATE bc the person in front got 5 drinks and took up 10+ mins of time. I didn’t even get to order I just had to leave. The person behind me left the line too.
