I have gone to big foot Java for many years and I have never experienced such poor customer service. The location 2215 highway 99 Edmonds WA 98026 . I ordered a blended chai frostbite when I got my beverage I took a drink noticing many small and big pieces of plastic. I was able to get the bigger pieces out and swallowed the smaller piece thinking it was just ice. I drove back and asked Madeline which stated she is the assistant manager why there are plastic pieces in my drink. She stated this wasn’t the only time it has happened so she knew exactly why there was . She stated she left the scoop in the blender and didn’t realize she blended it in my drink. This is unacceptable , she never apologized or seemed to care. when her coworker dumped out the drink they found more pieces. Madeline also had the blender where she made my drink and realized there were pieces still in there. I want to bring awareness because it could have ended worse for me and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. I asked for my refund and never will be going back to that location again. Please check your drinks!!!!

Out of all the Big Foot Java’s in Washington state and I’ve been to ALL multiple times, THIS ONE IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE, customer service is 10/10, every employee working here is incredible, Mayrin, Ximena, Ari, Claire , Delina to name a few they are sooo sweet! Been coming here back to back for months now and they always get my drinks right, always so respectful and kind. Every new hire ends up being so amazing as well!

Bigfoot Java is one of my favorite coffee spots. The drinks are always made just right, and the coffee tastes fresh every time. The baristas are friendly and quick, even when the line is long. I really like how consistent the quality is no matter which location I visit. Their specialty drinks have great flavor, and the prices are reasonable too. It’s the perfect stop for a morning coffee or a late night pick me up.

If someone gets 4+ drinks yall need to have the person pull off to the side so others can leave the line. I got in this like 20 mins before I had to be at work and I was LATE bc the person in front got 5 drinks and took up 10+ mins of time. I didn’t even get to order I just had to leave. The person behind me left the line too.

Worst time coming here DO NOT COME HERE absolutely do not you’ll will get mistreated they talk rude put a bunch of ice in your drinks and when you ask for boba in your drinks they forget the boba straws

Do yourself a favor: just take a quick scan through the reviews here. It quickly becomes obvious that the inconsistent customer experience is overwhelmingly caused by – wait for it – BAD MANAGEMENT and mistreatment of staff, which fosters low quality work. This experience is unfortunately not unlike most businesses these days; it has become the standard and expected practice.

As other reviewers have mentioned: If you're gonna tip ANYWHERE, but especially at CARD-ONLY establishments like this one, try to do it in cash (but bring exact change, because they dont have a cash til).

When it comes to service, I wouldn't mind if the baristas would LOOK AT ME and LISTEN TO ME *WHILE I AM ORDERING!* There are a couple baristas who intuitively understand how to do customer-facing work, but most clearly need some instruction. If I have to repeat or explain my extremely simple order because you can't prioritize 3 to 4 seconds to listening to it, and if you dont look up at my face even a single time while charging me out, these interactions will affect your tip. It almost blows my mind that I'm typing these words at all, desperately hoping that it might influence any change. Everything has potential to improve.

Anyway, I also have some questions: Who owns and manages this place, anyway? Chat, what is an employee-owned co-op? And what is a labor union?

Twice I've tried to give this coffee stand a try and both times it has taken 15 minutes to serve the single car in front of me so I've left.

I really like Bigfoot Java. Most of the drinks are quite good, and the service is usually friendly.

I do not recommend the cold brew at all though. It was not good and tasted almost like wood. Other drinks on the menu are much more worth it.

The biggest issue I have is that the wait times are always absurdly long. If there are 3 or more cars in line…expect to wait 20+ minutes. There has always been a long line when I have gone, so it’s clearly popular. But, long lines and slow service mean you are waiting a while to order.

Overall, It is a good place to get fun drinks and worth a try.

I just wanted to let everyone know that Kay she's on point she knows how to make the drinks she's super friendly and knows what I want and how I want it right when she sees me and alot of times it's super busy and my drink is always ready and taste yummy yall were smart hiring her alot of the girls there on lazy I half to wonder about management and the hiring process but hey we ain't perfect but kay is I've been going here since 2018 I pray she stays
