Gallaghers' beer always on tap. I stop by for a good beer and hanging out just like every other good brewery. Even when I am not making my own beer. I love this place. it is my go to place for a pint and relax anytime I'm in Edmonds. Bring or order your own pizza or food.
This is a great place to brew your own beer. They make it simple, they have a huge selection of recipes to choose from, and they know what they are doing. Plus they are nice guys. I quite honestly have not brewed beer there often. I come in and enjoy drinking their constantly changing selection on tap and leaving with a growler or 4. I dont drink beer but let me tell you folks this places root beer is amazeing I dont know how its not botled and sold in every store in the PNW . It tastes like you licked an old fashioned apothecary... this is how root beer is supposed to be !!!
