This was such an odd experience. We went there after the edmonds Halloween event and it was really awesome how they were involved. The pizza was great (they need the moisture sheet on the pan so it doesn't get soggy though). The server wasn't unfriendly, but she wasn't really friendly either. $14 for a kids pizza is insane and $14 dollars for a tiny little hot toddy is even more insane. The price of the regular pizza was ok but the rest was unbelievable. Lol, $14 for a tiny bit of whiskey, hot water, honey, and lemon?! What cost to much? The electricity to heat the water? Also, 3% to use my credit card? No. That's gas station bs. I don't go to businesses who charge me to pay them. This is the cost of doing business. If your merchant services cost too much, that's on you to find a better company, not my responsibility to pay for you.

Wow, we walked in to order carry out deep dish pizza for my birthday and were greeted by John (was this THE "Johnny Mo"?). I mentioned that I was wishing for a Dreamy Day on my birthday. Enjoyed a cocktail on the porch with a beautiful view of the Sound, got a surprise birthday treat dessert and departed with our take out pizza for the kids in hand. It was a wonderful experience ;) The deep dish pizza is delicious.

Ordered take out. Even though we ordered the pizza well done it still came out soft and soggy. However, the flavor is really good for what we had. Same with the salads.
Had a few items in boxes but they didn't have any bags so that was a pain in the ass.
The online ordering system took off 2 items so that was surprising getting in and noticing a whole pizza and dessert were gone. Although it didn't charge us, the fact they disappeared was really odd.
Perhaps ordering in is the right way to do it, but based off our online experience definitely an avoid

We put in a pickup order at 8p.m online, as directed by their automated message when you call them.
Firstly, the pizzas pictured online are a HUGE misrepresentation of what you’re ordering vs what you get. Unless you cross check closely what’s in the picture vs what’s listed as the pizza toppings, you’ll be grossly disappointed (and honestly, even then.) We ordered the large veggie pizza and added pepperoni. The pizza itself came out to about $40 before tax. You can see from the picture on the online order form it is a complete misrepresentation of what’s actually on the pizza. Why is there spinach in the picture? Different types of olives? Plus a SIGNIFICANT difference in the amount of toppings that came overall.. ours looked like a cheese and marinara pizza with a few slices of veggies strewn across it.
Aside from the toppings issue, the pizza was underdone. The undercarriage was almost doughy and flaccid and would rip apart when you picked it up.
The other issue was the service. We put the order in at 8p. Pickup time said 8:50. Was waiting there from 8:40 until about 9p during which we watched multiple people come in and leave before us. Not sure why it takes an hour to make a sad pizza, a salad, and some garlic knots, but it took forever. The host seemed aloof and dismissive and gave zero cares to helping us get our order, and was completely preoccupied with sitting there and chatting it up with their friend. “Which order was it again? Oh ya, it’s not ready yet”.
Overall hugely disappointed. Spent a total of $80. Will not be going back.

The flavors of sauce and toppings were fantastic. (had pepperoni and sausage) on Chicago style pizza. However, for a $30 10" pizza, there surely wasn't enough cheese to call it a true Chicago pizza. I've had Giordano's, in Chicago, doesn't even come close.
We’ve had great food here, but service is so bad it makes the food not worth the experience. Including being sat and having four tables checked on before anyone even acknowledged our table, tonight we actually left before being served after fifteen minutes nobody came and even started a drink order. Hoping they figure out their flow soon because we want to love it here!

We had a family reunion dinner here (22 people). Ralph and the staff were so accommodating and Kristen, our server, was amazing. Everyone raved about the variety of pizzas, salads, and beverages and we all had such a wonderful time. Thank you Johnny Mo’s for starting our reunion off on such a high note.
