We tried this place since I saw there was a vegan pizza on their menu. It was really good, I wish there was a little bit more vegan chorizo on it that was my only complaint. But the crust and flavors were very complementary to each other .. i definitely will be back! My husband had just a plain cheese, he enjoyed it a lot. They have mini sizes so you don't have to get an entire pizza which is really nice. Not a lot of kids when we were there (thank God) the other reviews scared me that there would be screaming children all around me LOL. It wasn't too loud for me at all and it was packed .. with adults ;)

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza was so good. My friend said she couldn't tell the difference.

Always great staff here! Everyone is so personable. I have gone many times! I have recommended the caesar salad to so many people! Definitely my favorite spot downtown.

Went in just for a drink and dessert and was not disappointed! The ambiance was very cool, clean, and lively. The food menu looked appetizing and tempting. Ended up ordering the cucumber crush and HL Special and they were both very good. Service was good. Would recommend and come again.

This was my second time visiting Johnny Mo’s after wanting to give it a second chance. Unfortunately our second experience was even worse than the first. Deep dish pizza falls apart and is so smothered in tomato sauce that the pizza turns soggy by the time it makes it to your table. We then tried the New York style and that was better but still a mediocre pizza. The restaurant is also not very family friendly. No kids menu, no kids cups. My father in law, who has celiac, tried to order a GF pizza but they didn’t share with us that their GF flour was sold out until 30 minutes after we arrived. Service was poor. We had to continue to ask our server for specific items that he hadn’t given us, like silverware, napkins, etc. Will likely not be back.

We went here a couple of weeks ago and it was unfortunately not the best experience. The people were friendly but the quality of service wasn't great. They were not very attentive and had to wait prolonged periods of time to get their attention to get even just water. We ordered 2 pizzas(1 large cheese and 1 large pepperoni), 2 drinks and an order of garlic bread and it cost $120 with the tip. This just seemed overpriced. To top it off, the pizza took almost 40 mins to get out bc they had burned both pizzas and were not told about the issue until the first one came out. The first one which was still burned. About another 30 mins later, the other one came out and was undercooked. We were wanting anything, but were a little bit surprised to not have been offered a bit of a discount with the food.I know they are a new business and are trying to go through finding out their kinks and what works/what doesn't as with any new business.I would just like to offer a bit of suggestions such as having staff be more attentive and communicate better when service is taking longer than expected or issues with the order.

I’m going to do my best to be positive here. Don’t come here hoping for Chicago style pizza. It poured off the dough as we tried scoop it out of the pan. It tasted fine but it was soup. Not a pie.People were great and nice. Vibe is cool to come grab a beer and watch the game. But simply don’t come here pizza. It not worth it.

Like most, i don't care for reviews, but when it comes to pizza, I'm a self declared snob. So I had to. Out of principle. Here are my cons:-pizza dough has no flavor. And I personally prefer a nice undercarriage on my pie, this wasn't it. Floppy, and under cooked in the middle.-you can't really call this NYC style pizza, it's just your version of a thin crust. (I don't care for lasagna, so didn't order the deep dish)-service needs to be better. my wife, daughter and I arrived before the rush, ordered, than were forgotten. I had to hunt down our server for our bill after being left alone for quite a while already.-for a very sub par experience, I payed around $100.. not fun.FINALLY the Pros:-it's in a beautiful new building that I can totally see me and the buddies hanging out on the patio deck during the summer!!-the drinks came out relatively quickly despite the bar and restaurant being filled.-our server, despite the shortcomings did have a great attitude, and was very friendly, from what I could tell so we're the rest of the staff.-salads were great!

This is probably the worst pizza I’ve had in Washington state. There is no way this compares to NY pizza. Sauce was splattered randomly in batches on the pizza. I’m not sure there was any layer of cheese. The Meatlovers had processed meatballs that were definitely not cooked or made in house. We ordered a large split through Uber eats for delivery. Over $50 for a pizza we through over half away and no one would want to eat in the family. Was hoping that they would have good pizza based on how nice the restaurant looks from the outside. I’d rather order take and bake than order from this place again.

Was excited to try this place and visited early afternoon on a Friday with my oldest when it was not busy. Ordered the Caprese salad, jalapeno poppers and pasta vodka with meatballs, also a couple of drinks. Our server was great but drinks and food came out slow. Caprese and jalapeno poppers were decent but my son’s pasta with vodka sauce was lukewarm and meatballs were actually cold. He ate half meatball and had me try the other half but was afraid he’d get sick if he ate the rest. I kindly let the server know and she said she’d knock off 50% from his meal. She took my card and when we walked out, I noticed she only knocked off 25%. We weren’t trying to get free food but when you say you’re going to do something due to the restaurant’s error, shouldn’t you stick to it? Anyway, may give it another shot one day but this definitely was not the best first impression.

"We were there Saturday night [09 Mar] at about 5pm. Ordered NY style pizza and dinner salads. Had requested 'no onions' on the salad; but it was served WITH onions. Waitperson returned promptly and had removed the onions. Discovered before eating that the lettuce was stale; and the mushrooms on the salad were rancid! The pizza was average ----- at least as good as Papa Murphy's. We had been looking forward to trying this restaurant; but, we were very disappointed. Paid the bill of about $40 and left. Will possibly try again; but, cannot recommend the restaurant to others.

We tried this place for the first time last night. We've been in a few times in the past, but the wait was always too long. They seated us fairly quickly and we were greeted within about five minutes of being seated. Service started out OK but as soon as they brought our pizza, nobody visited our table until we looked around for them to box up our extra pizza and bring us our bill. We had the New York style pizza and I will say the crust was very good and their sauce is also very good. The service was just terrible. We watched most of the wait staff talking to one another and even texting on their phones. If they don't tighten up their management a little bit, they won't be doing very well a year from now.

We ordered our pizza online. There was a problem with the order, so someone called us to re-take our credit card info over the phone. Our pizza was awful. The crust was scorched at the edge but otherwise barely cooked. The top was slathered with cold, unbaked tomato paste. Our pizza was not ready at pickup. The next day a fraudulent charge came through on the card we used. Someone is stealing card info and probably selling it. Bad pizza plus thievery. DONT GO.

Do not order online. Someone is stealing credit card info by calling after your order is placed pretending to be the the pizza store. Add to that the Pizza we ordered was not cooked even though it had a crispy crust. Bad experience.
