Delicious. The owner is very kind and friendly, the food is fresh, feels homemade, as if I were a guest in his home. I am not familiar with Honduran food, but the Honduran enchiladas to me are more comparable to the tostada in form. The mashed potato was a surprise and a fun twist to my inexperienced palate. The sauce on top of the cabbage adds an extra dimension, balancing the meat with a pleasant acidity that beckons me to take the next bite.We also ordered the quesa birria con consomme, which was a huge portion packed with slow-roasted beef, melted cheese, and a lovely dipping broth. The owner mentioned the recipes were passed down several generations. That was the theme across their dishes, a respect and reverence for what came before, treating everyone as a friend, and welcoming you to their casa with a great meal.

Amazing food and service. Ive been to plenty of Honduran restaurants and this place has the taste of the real deal. The owner was great and had good food and on a rainy day I was warm, covered and comfortable. Will definitely be back again with my family!

Caveat, this was takeout, and we didn't touch the food until 20 mins after picking up the order. Which we were on premise to order and pick up. Perhaps different if we ate on site. Also, I'm a bit bias towards Cali and Tex Mex and some Tex Honduran and haven't found any good WA Mex yet. Was looking forward to trying La Casa! We'll start with location. Easy to find and lots of parking. Huge trailer "food truck" and covered seating but no heaters. The service was usually, nothing memorable nor was it bad.Honduran Enchiladas. Tostadas was crispy and like the pickle that it came with but no sauce, flavor a bit bland.Torta with Birria. Was recommended Birria however this made the torta soggy. Ruin the texture, perhaps best if eaten immediately.Quesadilla with Asada. This had a lot of asada but was dry and most bites didn't taste any cheese. Sour cream, dice onion/tomatoes and some aioli like sauce was provided but still didn't help with dry meat. This is a food truck and order to go. IMHO still don't like them turning the kiosk to add tip. There was no service other handing the bag of food! I still gave tip but with this and food, reluctant to return but for first timers, it is worth a try!

We visit Edmonds yearly and La Casa De Amigos is always our first meal. Authentic Honduran food made with fresh ingredients can’t be beat! The menu offers a variety of traditional foods but my favorite is the enchiladas ?. I love the pickled veggies that adds a nice acidic crunch. They created a homey little nook where you can enjoy your food and drinks which is so perfect. We love supporting family owned small businesses and this is definitely one of our favs. My mouth is watering writing this review hehe HIGHLY recommend!

I've had issues with the order/POS system the last two times here but the staff was so friendly and the food so amazing I just had to leave a review. Flavors are off the charts.

food was very good and good service too. they had a nice covered area by the food truck. We chatted with the guy at the window wondering how Honduran food was different from Mexican he was very friendly and happy to help 10/10 if you are in edmonds you should go here.

So we debated coming because we weren’t sure we just wanted another “enchilada.” Honduran enchiladas are totally different. Lots of flavors with the mildly spicy pickled onions, ground beef has amazing seasoning, super crunchy corn tortillas on the bottom. My husband was totally happy with his veggie Honduran enchilada. My food sensitivity kiddo actually loved the cheese quesadilla and my husband was commenting how it was toasted on the inside and outside and had a really good cheese inside. Seating is outside with a covered area. Pricing is good for the area. We stopped on the way off the Ferry for a quick bite and will be returning just to eat here. I had to try this place because of the 80+ 5 star reviews and yup, I a giving it 5 stars too.

Happened to pull into a lot to use my phone and look up food. Little did I know that 20 ft behind me was the best Mexican food I’ve had in the state. Don’t live in Edmonds but would drive 40 min north just for the quesabirria tacos

Best tacos I’ve had in Washington. The quesabirria and asada tacos are a stand out. Quesadilla was great too. Really nice staff, quick service, and covered seating available.

This is in my top 5 of places that I’ve eaten in Washington. I know that is a very bold statement, but it’s the truth. I had the taco plate,my girl had the “pastalitos” , and we accidentally ordered and split the “tajadas”. Everything was fresh ,clean, and scrumptious. I will be back!! Highly recommendParking: It’s a taco truck for now with a nice covered place to eat, plenty of parking in this little shopping mall.

This place was fabulous! The gentleman taking my order was so kind! He recommended the Honduran enchiladas, one word… YUM! Not your typical enchiladas, these bad boys were tostadas, topped with mashed potatoes, seasoned ground beef, cabbage, hot sauces, and cheese. Plus, a little side of pickled cabbage, onions, and jalapeños. I happen to stumble upon this place while donating to the dog adoption services in the same parking lot. I will definitely be back with my husband. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you!Picture provide was after I already ate two! Couldn’t wait! But you get three with your order!
