Beautiful early evening, special occasion dinner. Did not disappoint! Outdoor patio seating was quite enjoyable. Food was delicious and plentiful, especially the wings appetizer.

My very sweet elderly parents have been faithful customers of this restaurant for 20 years. The food has gotten worse and worse and the prices keep going up. After tonight (4/29/25), they will never eat there again. I am their witness. They placed a pick up order. They got one tiny little corn salad which used to be $16 and is now $20 and is about half as big as it used to be. There were disgusting stringy things in the salad which my parents couldn't even identify. They shared an enchilada dinner with pinto beans - the pinto beans weren't even fully cooked and hardly any cheese and very little rice (maybe two forkfuls each). The shredded beef was crusty and dried up. The tortilla chips were stale - like cardboard. They split an enchilada dinner and got one tiny disgusting little corn salad and it cost them $55. This has to be the worst restaurant not only in Edmonds but in the greater Seattle area. Take our advice - never eat here!

My family has come here quite often throughout the years. So much so, that we have gotten to know the owner, Alvaro, and employees (shout out to Abraham). Food is fresh with a focus on organic produce and meat, and tortillas are hand made. I have a Mexican wife and she loves this place :)

Tender chicken in the tortilla soup, so cheesy, delicate and delicious. Enchiladas were superior and the rice and beans were perfect.

Waiters should know about what salsa are available. And, at a Mexican joint, it is a basic ask to know if they carry hot salsa.

I had never been to Las Brisas before, which is so surprising, given how often I am in those neck of the woods.

Well, let me tell you, I've been missing out! On a drizzly Seattle day, the yummy food, attentive service, with a spacious dining room, so there was no wait for seating all hit the right notes.

I had the avocado and chicken tostada with rice and refried beans. It was so very good! Well balanced and well flavored. My only note is that I should have asked for my tostada on the side as I don't like it soggy.

Such a lovely, easy dinner with attentive service, good food, and the best company.

Getting charged $37 for a steak quesadilla is insane.

ordered takeout. Got nothing like what was described on the menu. Other than chicken skewers there were on warm tortias and on mango and pineapple salsa. Got toms an onions. Chicken was very dry. Plus was expensive!

Love this place for date night or with the kids. Staff are friendly and professional. I love the mushroom quesadillas, Albondigas soup and margaritas.
