My family has come here quite often throughout the years. So much so, that we have gotten to know the owner, Alvaro, and employees (shout out to Abraham). Food is fresh with a focus on organic produce and meat, and tortillas are hand made. I have a Mexican wife and she loves this place :)

I had never been to Las Brisas before, which is so surprising, given how often I am in those neck of the woods.

Well, let me tell you, I've been missing out! On a drizzly Seattle day, the yummy food, attentive service, with a spacious dining room, so there was no wait for seating all hit the right notes.

I had the avocado and chicken tostada with rice and refried beans. It was so very good! Well balanced and well flavored. My only note...

Great location and atmosphere -- but the prices are outrageous - and the portion sizes do not match the prices. The service is average. If you want Mexican in Edmonds, I'd recommend Santa Fe down the block for the price.
