Out of iced tea most of the time, and constantly putting cheese on items specifically ordered with no cheese. If you put the little sticker on the box that says no American cheese, why do you almost always put cheese on it?

normally this mcdonald’s is my late night hot spot, the food is usually up to par. however, tonight my mcchicken had rotting lettuce in it, was visibly brown, and mixed in with fresher lettuce. the staff have become increasingly rude. not typically a consistent employee, but they all clearly do not enjoy what they are doing.

Aside from all the other issues this place has, now they're hitting new lows....NO MORE CHANGE...IS WHAT THE THEIF IN THE WINDOW WHO KEPT MY $1.20 CHANGE FROM A $10.....YUP...ROBBED, either you pay in exact change or they are rounding up and keeping your change, ALL OF IT... I should have just put the car in park and waited him out...by the way...this clown had a MANAGER tag. I'm thinkin that NOT TAKING CASH is un-american....WTH?

First off I almost feel silly writing a review, but I’ve had such terrible service every time I’ve been to this McDonald’s and today was no exception. I placed an order online for a medium french fry To pick up in-store. I waited 15 minutes and tried to get several associates attention multiple times only to be ignored. When I finally was able to flag someone down, she was extremely rude and told me there was nothing she could do. They don’t have the order in their system. She went to get her manager, who came To the front and was also super rude. I showed him my receipt told him my initial order number which was 1281. I confirm the address on the receipt and he told me it didn’t matter. It wasn’t in their system, and the owner of the establishment can’t be thinking they’re just handing out free food. At that point, he told me there was absolutely nothing they can do. Well, it’s only two dollars, I waited 15 minutes and it was just rude.
McDonald’s is always McDonald’s. Wish they actually filled up your drinks though. Orange juice is never, ever filled to the top.

Waited 10 minutes to get 2 burgers, nuggets, and fries with an empty drive thru and they forgot the sauces. Not the end of the world and I’m not driving back to get them but when called management was basically like “don’t know why they made you wait but the best I can do is have your sauces waiting for you.”
This store has a well deserved 3.5 the only reason they can possibly stay in business in the excellent location it’s just too bad the owner staffs it so poorly.

We have tried coming here MANY times. My husband orders double burgers with no cheese and every single time they give him double cheese burgers. I do not understand why it’s so hard to get an order right that is literally an option on your menu.
