We're already paying way too much for garbage food. We don't need garbage attitude too. You'll never get you actual order. They play games and probably play with the food. Gross....

They will input your order incorrectly and then blame you for it and refuse to do anything about it.

No refills on Soda? That’s pretty sad for a McDonald’s to have that rule..
First off they didn’t address me when I came to the counter and the two Hispanic women were having a conversation in Spanish. They should have addressed the costumer not just chatting.
Second they fill your sodas there which upsets me because I should be able to control how much ice goes into my soda. The sodas were not completely full, and there was soda on the side of my cup that they could have easily wiped off. Can’t get sauces, napkins, straws or anything on your own. Have to wait in line for napkins and ketchup. Beyond upsetting. Never been to a McDonald’s this bad.
Also, adding that I called over an hour ago to see if they had a play place, and a young man told me that they did on the phone. We get here and there’s no play place. Highly disappointed as I have kids.
Also set my soda tipped over and the kids chocolate milk on top of my French fries. Refer to pictures that I added. I’m too pissed off to even talk to the manger in person because I wouldn’t be nice about it. Almost got a refund and went to the one 10 minutes away.

This specific McDonald's can never get your order, right. I have had countless incorrect orders from them. Even when I check my bag at the window and it appears that everything is correct, as soon as I get home, I realize that my food isn't made correctly, or isn't the right quantity or size. It's honestly infuriating that there is so much struggle for them to just be consistent and provide people with the food that they've paid for. I have lost money at this restaurant multiple times because they are not giving me the food that I paid for. This has been an issue for at least a year if not longer. Their management actually needs to address the issue.

Horrible ! The person taking our order in the drive through was short with me seemed put upon by taking our order, wich was 4 fish sandwich's Messed up the order i only got 3 so I go inside to re order and they say they are only using the kiosk and accepting cash only to make orders inside walks away from the counter so I left upset without my full order .

I am a longtime Mcdonald's fan. But I cannot defend this location or Mcdonald's the brand anymore. According to Google, and Mcdonalds.com you are all supposed to serve breakfast till 11 am which is nationally advertised. I arrive at 10:45 am to this location and am confused to why breakfast isn't still displayed. I ask just to make sure. I know I also don't like being that guy, but damn I just wanted OJ and hashbrowns for my angry tummy. It has been a series of things or interactions that has led me to this review ultimately. These locations inconsistent food quality from the double cheeseburger to the fries is disappointing and doesn't value the customer. When you combine that with the outrageous price increases on top of it has led me to this final conclusion. I'm done with Mcdonald's because for godsake your breakfast is all you got going for you, and when locations choose to follow their own rules, I am done. Mcdonald's has lost its way and is chasing the stock price at this point.
Edit* - I will not be returning to McDonalds at all. They have improved the quality in the region, but the prices are ridiculous still.

no refills very cheap presentation with only a 30 min limit to eat your food. Poor quality of the burger could taste the freezer burn. No ketchup was provided with the meal. I had to go to the counter to get it when they've removed the customary dispensers

I don’t even know where to begin with this disaster. If the first five/ten reviews are all one-star, you know it's bad. I ordered multiple items through the McDonald's mobile app, and surprise, I only received part of my order. When I tried to get some help, the employee said they couldn’t refund me because it was through the app. I was told to contact customer service online, which I thought would be easy.
Spoiler: It wasn’t.
There is no customer service in the app, so you have to navigate their website—which is a pain to use. You end up filling out this long, tedious form, just to get a generic email response from people who are completely useless. Apparently, the store manager is supposed to help, but all I got was a copy-paste, no-reply email offering empty apologies and no solution. I can’t even respond to the manager to ask for help! How is this customer service?
I honestly feel like I’ve been robbed. I paid for food I didn’t get, and McDonald's has no real way to fix it. This is theft, plain and simple.

Went here today using the app and they acted like I’m trying to steal or something. The online deal had a $1 for 10 peace nugget and I redeemed my point for a free medium fries paying $1.00 for everything.They should see that, but when I pulled up to the third window, they gave me only my nuggets. I asked for my fries and someone else had to come to the window and acted clueless so I showed them my app order and then because they just continue to stand there, I grabbed my receipt I had just thrown in my bag to show them. Like seriously?!? Shouldn’t you see what I order on your end? Shouldn’t your employees know the deals the company is running? Pls teach your employees to learn their systems. And on top of that, they shorted me one nugget. Come on people!

I don’t understand how every other McDonald’s can understand to make my order correctly. A plain McChicken with extra ketchup and extra mustard added to it. What I always end up getting, is a splash of ketchup and a dab of mustard smaller than a dime….. Mildly infuriating, especially when I get home to find out that someone can’t follow a simple instruction. Why waste my money and my time here??? Should I just go to Ballinger instead? They never do me wrong, but it’s out of my way for when I am not working. Ask your employees if they understand what extra means. Even have them understand what a regular amount of mustard is, because a dot smaller than a dime is flat out ridiculous.

They should have -star ratting. Ordered in the app. Was billed had my emailed receipt. Got to the store they had non order for me. Manager is called he asked to see my order number on the app. There was none. He looked and he could not find one. Ok the app messed up. But I had my emailed receipt. He just tried to get me to pay again. Says there was nothing he can do with out order number.
You telling me a company this size has no way for a manger to resolve issues like this when presented with a receipt. I call this out right theft. The manager gave me no suggestions to resolve this issue did not even care. Just suggested I order again and pay for it again. McDonald's has become greedy thieving company with no customer service at all. I remember when all McDonalds was a fun family place to go. Now no play places or very few left. No refills no condiments out. You order for your self at a computer. If you need customer service good luck. I am done with McDonald's. You suck now and getting more costly than a place with better food. You may have to wait long but you can get a better value for your money.
