Usually, I would write that all McDonalds are the same, but I don't know who's cooking the burgers at this location because I had a deluxe Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and it was so juicy and the meat even looked bigger. I'll come to this McDonalds location over any other.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this McDonaldâs. 4 major issues.
1. The large fries came in a small paper bag labeled as âlarge,â which felt like a bit of a letdown for the price.
2. The large drink also seemed more like a medium compared to other locations.
3. My burger had unmelted cheese, and to top it off, I found two long black hairs in it, which was really off-putting so I just tossed it in the trashcan.
4. Unable call and complain as English is not the first language for most employees making language barriers when trying to explain things.

We bought 6 orders of 6 pieces chicken nuggets on 5/9/25 around 3:40 pm. When we got home only see 5 pieces in 3 bags. Called the store to let them know to be careful for the other but the guy answered the phone insisted he put 6 pieces in all bags. Instead of apologize his mistake keeps denying he was not wrong. Be careful of this restaurant is not honest and cheating to customer.

I ordered no cheese and no onions and watched it come up on the screen. I thought since they wrote it down, I would get what I ordered. I got two pieces of that plastic they call American cheese. I am grateful they left off the onions but i won't be back. If McDonald's can't get a simple burger right, I won't risk it again. I will go somewhere that they can manage a simple order. Too bad, I wanted to be able to just get what I wanted and paid for.

I bought 2 sausage egg mc muffins. The eggs had tiny pieces of eggshells in them. I am disputing the charge with my card. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY ARE GREEDY ON THE PRICE AND YOU CAN'T EVEN UNDERSRTAND THEM IN THE DRIVE THRU. NASTY PLACE!
