Went here cause our normal tea place was closed. We ordered a taro snow with bubbles and coffee snow with coffee jelly. They were out of coffee jelly, oh well bubbles are great then. Drinks were watery and had no flavor. We drank a little bit but then threw the rest out. Employee didn't acknowledge us when we arrived. Then I told her we ordered online that was when she told me about no coffee jelly. We won't be back.

I had a really disappointing experience today. One of the ladies working there was extremely unprofessional—she messed up my orders, had a rude attitude, I ordered 8 drinks some with boba she made all of them with no boba. It felt like I was bothering her just by asking simple questions. This kind of service is unacceptable and really makes people not want to come back.

This place is failing. The last person they hired was given barely any training and asked to run the store by themselves. They are frequently out of ingredients, and they’ve started significantly reducing the amount of boba added to the drinks. Looking forward to something else taking its place.

Took 45 min from order to being served 2 drinks. Both drinks where made wrong, asked for lavender milk tea with mango flavored bursting Boba, recurve mango milk tea with tapioca, i don't like jelly tapioca or the overly sweet mango. Didn't go back to get a refund or replace order as it takes to fudging long. I could jave spent my time studying for my finals! Ended up having 2 undeniable orders which I gave to my sister. If possible I would give 0 stars, never visiting again till the server becomes adequately trained and takes a english course! I had to repeat my order 5 times to get the correct one. She took forever to type in the order on her touch screen. Conpletly unreliable service.

Probably one of the worst boba experiences I’ve ever had. They didn’t have any of the toppings I asked for and when we finally came up with a basic one they could make, it took over 40 minutes for my one drink, which was mid at best. Oasis is closer to me but I would be happy to drive further for better boba.

I usually enjoy Oasis, low prices, and a chill atmosphere. But the issue is that they often have one person working the cash machine and making drinks, and this is on the weekend in the middle of the day (peak hours). Why in the world would you be this understaffed? It can take upwards of 20+ minutes for me to get my drink sometimes, and I feel bad for the poor employee who has to juggle taking orders and making drinks at the same time. The ownership needs to do better, in this regard. I also think some of the employees are kind of bad at their job, I have had several occasions where they don't understand my order at all when it is very clear what I ordered (i.e regular Thai milk tea with boba or regular mango milk tea with boba). This in turn makes it take longer to check out, and holds up the people waiting behind me. All in all, if it is very busy here when you come, I recommend just walking out the door, because it's not worth waiting 30 minutes for a 5 dollar boba tea.
I work in the area and decided to stop by. I found a hair inside my drink which I didn’t see until I was done with it - extremely disgusting. I understand if it was caught to the side of the cup on the outside, but it was fully in the boba on the inside. Drink was good up until that point…. service was okay.

This place is sooo cute! I loved their tea and my husband got the pineapple smoothie which was delicious! My son and I played one of the games while we waited for our drinks. It was really fun. We just came to town for the 4th of July and stumbled on this place, and I’m really glad we did!

This is such a cute boba place and the workers were so sweet and provided great recommendations and made me the perfect drink! The points machine was a little wonky but they comped my drink for my birthday anyways and made it a very special experience. Plus the ambience is super cozy and inviting for a quick stop or a longer visit with friends! 10/10
Vegetarian options: The standard "milk" teas are made with non dairy milk already but they also have other non dairy options always available!
