First visit here. Our two main dishes were both very good. But as local, frequent diners out, it is easy to asses staff quality. It was terrible, demonstrating clear evidence of lack of professional training. Example: after getting out drinks, no contact for way too long. Then asked for bread while awaiting meal. Nothing for way too long again, then the bread, salad and enter were all delivered at the same time. Further, the wait staff never checked back, for interest in coffee or desert. She was occupied at a neighboring table wrapping silverware and napkins. We finally had to summon her to even get our check. Well trained wait staff would never demonstrate this. Shame that the working together of cooks and wait staff leads to such incoherence and wait staff is so ill-trained.

I got the crispy chicken wrap which said it contained “fried chicken.” For $19 I expected craggy, crispy bits of homemade fried chicken, but it was honestly chicken tenders cut up in a small wrap.
My husband got the turkey croissant sandwich, again $19 and expecting a good sized flaky croissant sandwich with real turkey. It was a small square croissant style thing with a turkey loaf.
Fully disappointed in the food. Vibes were good, the strawberry basil mocktail I got was amazing, but the food was totally meh.
I will add that they tolerated my toddler amazing well so props for that.

There's nothing really wrong with Off Main, but nothing great about it either. Its an average neighborhood restaurant so if everywhere else is full, this place is fine. Considering how much competition there is on main, they will probably need to step up their game to make it long term. Our server seemed to be phoning it in, maybe they were new.

My wife & I visited this restaurant for the first time Friday the 6th and had an incredible visit! Kat our server was excellent! So were the drinks and food. Then we came back last night and had another incredible visit! Our server was Reinz and he was great and our food and drinks rocked! So go sit outside and let these two excellent servers take care of you! Oh, they allow furry family members outside as well!

We came in on Friday, super busy but had great service from Kat. The food was fresh and delicious. We had such a good time, we came back on Sunday and had the same good experience. Our server this time was Reinz. Again great food and service.
I was here with a group on a weekday from 3-5pm. We were told that they had just recently stopped having Happy Hour and so we had to order from the dinner menu. My drink (lemon drop martini) was small and not very good for the price.

Went here last week for happy hour, but was told that happy hour has been discontinued. When we expressed surprise to our server, there was a whole discussion about it, with the server reiterating several times that it had been discontinued. I’m quite surprised at the owner’s response to reviewer Janice above that this is false? WTH? The owner needs to get the story straight! NO DOUBT that’s what we were told, and no happy hour items were offered for our visit. Also surprised that a pretzel is priced at $20 😳!! (But that’s a whole other topic for another time.) If owner responds to customer reviews by saying they are mistaken or confused, this is a red flag and I definitely would not go back, for the mystery disappearing happy hour, or otherwise.

Ate outside by the fire feature. Fantastic Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, asparagus and skinny Margarita. Staff was awesome, a tiny bunny hopped through! Oh, you can bring your doggo as well. Watched a beautiful sunset. Lovely!
