Never a bad slice! Convenient location, parking lot is small but manuverable, perfect to run in and grab a slice for lunch! The crust is thin, but perfect. The cheese makes my mouth water just thinking about it, and the pepperoni? They double it. I could get a whole pizza pizza(hint hint) for the price of two pag slices, but that isn't really food. They have other artisinal and seasonal flavor combos, but I'm pretty basic.

Their pizza was bland. The dining area was stark and cold.

Hadn't been to Pagliacci in a long time and was really looking forward to going there for dinner. Disappointing meal. Calzones were hard and had no flavor. The pesto, pea pasta salad was also disappointing. They apparently changed the recipe and no longer includes artichoke hearts and instead of spiral pasta it's made with a heavy penne. It's thick and not good at all.

Great pizza. Really nice crust. Bread sticks are delicious and light. Very good salad, too. Clean with a very courteous staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp from the lot to the door.

I love pagliacci pizza and have for 30 years, but this location is not what the others are. This place used to be consistent and have pizza like the others, but the last year or two it has not been good. I live in Edmonds, but drive to the Ballinger location because the Edmonds location is awful. Poorly cooked, lacking flavor and cut oddly.

Horrible pizza... I never thought I'd post this but the last few years have been steady decline in the quality of this locations food. Pag used to be THE spot for the best pizza in Edmonds but now it's a sloppy mess. I was in denial eating it after paying $44 for one pizza... Go to garlic Jim's.

Pagliacci pizza is definitely top-notch pizza in the area. I can say their pizza is too expensive. There is only one complaint I have lately since eating there a few times a week. They might have to have a class in tossing the dough, you ask why? Well, because the crust is always good and cooked to perfection, because they use REAL PIZZA DECK OVENS, not some wanna be clown pizza shop that uses rotisserie pizza ovens..Lol. But the issue with pagalochi in edmonds is that the bottom crust is way to thin so the pizza becomes soggy and doesn't have the firmness to eat the slice by holding the pizza. The bottom should be firm with a crunch as you head to the crust and It's not! I have to eat it with a fork, and that is not how you eat pizza, especially expensive pizza, real expensive. 2 large pies cost me about $80 bucks.. majority of people just buy the really small pies because it's takes weeks wages to buy a large.
