The remodel threw me for a loop, but the pizza is still great.

Always a great experience! It’s a go to spot for quick dinner/lunch since they have by slice options

This is a very nice location of Pagliacci Pizza. It is very clean, friendly, and serves excellent pizza. I would highly recommend it. There is plenty of parking, and the location is convenient. Most importantly, the staff is very cheerful and helpful. It brightened my day to go there.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately our pizza was undercooked (raw dough in spots) and soggy. Mushrooms, green peppers and onions were crunchy and raw. The slices might have been a better choice. Really wanted to love this place since it is near our home.
Update: Received kind communication from management. Based on their responsiveness and the friendly staff at the restaurant, we will definitely give Pagliacci another try

For many years I was a regular customer of Pagliacci Pizza . I loved it . Though since changing ownership the quality and flavor is lacking I’m sorry to say . It’s lost its magic .

Thier crust is really low quality flavorless flour. Atmosphere is like a sad school cafeteria. Sevice was okay. Staff seemed depressed. Romeo's on 76th has better tasting pizza and atmosphere. Pagliacci is sadly all hype but no game.

I’m giving this place 5 stars and using this review to tell you how begrudgingly I’m awarding those stars. I hadn’t eaten at Pagliacci’s for 15 years or so. I heard today was the last day of their buy-one-11-inch-pizza-get-one-free promotion. The overflowing parking lot before 5 pm should have been my first clue. But I placed my order online, got a pickup time an hour and 15 minutes later, and tried not to eat my arm
out of sheer hunger. The pizza wasn’t ready at the appointed time. It wasn’t ready for another 30 minutes. When it finally came, dang was it delicious. And every single person working there was working their tail off. They were polite, communicative, and apologetic. They all deserve a massive raise. This message is for the owners/ management: you gotta get this figured out. There were at least 10 other people waiting for their delayed orders with me. At least three parties had “just ordered a pizza” knowing nothing about the promotion and got caught up in the massive delays. Three other parties came in wanting to order and eat in and were told it would be at least an 1.5 hour wait. The promotion was a great incentive to get me back as a customer. The pizza is enough to keep me. But another delay like this and you’ll lose me all over again. Kudos to your staff. They are great.

Absolutely amazing service, got there ordered a 17” extra pepperoni and a salad, salad came out very quick and was a very good portion for a small salad, we did have to wait a little while for the pizza but it was so worth it. Everything was delicious. Staff was friendly. The bathrooms were very clean. Definitely will be back!

I went out of my way to go to Edmonds location as the quality has been better there than ballinger in the past. I always ask for my pizza well done, otherwise it's usually soggy and droopy. It ended up getting kind of burnt. I couldn't complain because I asked for it, still disappointing though. It was also buy one small, get one free. They were smaller than the usual small. Just pointing out the obvious, again not necessarily a complaint. Wasn't the usual great experience this time around.
My favorite all-time Pizza is their AGOG. I've been ordering it for over 20 years, and it never disappoints

For years I've been wanting to try Pagliacci Pizza and today my fiance and I decided to finally give it a go. First off, I was thoroughly impressed with the architectural design of the building. It's different from most pizza places. Extremely attractive!!! The staff was extremely friendly and treated us with the utmost respect and were thoroughly helpful. I ordered a grand salami primo Pizza and I got to say, it was very very juicy with a lot of flavor, and not dry at all! My sweetheart got a chicken sausage and morel primo so half the pizza was hers and the other half was mine. The Dr pepper soda pop that I had was the best that I've ever tasted before. So Much Flavor! I gave everything five stars because I'm thoroughly satisfied, even with the price which was competitive. If you want great tasting Pizza, go to Pagliacci's. You won't be disappointed!
