This place’s service and food quality have really gone downhill. We used to be regular customers, but our experience last week was the worst we’ve had. We waited 20 minutes just to place our order, and another 40 minutes before the food arrived. My husband’s bacon pancakes were plain and tasteless, there was a hair on my son’s girlfriend plate, and my bacon was cold and not crispy. Even the raspberry jam container was already opened in one corner. We were extremely disappointed and, unfortunately, don’t think we’ll be coming back.

Ouch, not the Pancake Haus I remember. Not a single smile for a couple of well-mannered patrons (father and daughter). Kind of felt unwelcome and the food was luke warm at best after waiting 20 minutes with no offer of refills on our exotic drinks of apple juice, milk and water. We got the point. Thanks anyways 😁🥂🐳

Our fav place for Sunday brinch after church-- great variety of pancakes, perfect over-easy eggs, and when I ask for my bacon to be so crisp it's just this side of burnt, they get it right every time.

Went on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised to be seated so quickly. The food was amazing and I was even able to order something to go for my husband at home. The serving size was great for the price. The servers and hostess staff were super friendly! Such a cozy and clean environment!! Will be back for sure!
