Service was great but the food was awful, rubbery eggs, the biscuits and gravy somehow tasted like listerine mouth wash, and I found a hair in my water

I been eating here for over 25 years. I went today and last time was 6months or more ago since last visit. I only go for crepes. And today disappointed big time. The crepes they call crepes is swedish pancakes. I know my crepes from there. Please make crepes again. And dont over cook them the pancakes and crepes are thin. Mine were tuff. Must be new cook I guess. Please please make the crepes right.

The food was awful. Service just as bad. Do not recommend. You get better breakfast sandwich’s at fast food. Literally go anywhere else.

Had higher expectations for this place. Waited 15-20 min in line which isn’t bad on a Saturday morning. Food took about 25-30 min for eggs Benedict and a omelette. Place was busy so that reasonable. But a couple of big issues- Waitress looked unhappy she didn’t upsell us on toast or pancake addons. Eggs Benedict eggs were poached beyond rubber. I got crispy hashbrowns with omelette and got separated shoestring fries instead. Either this food sat on the expo line way too long drying out or they just over did it. Waitress didn’t check on us once other than giving us the check.Go to ihop or somewhere else.

Poor service, zero communication, loud dining room, and average food. When you enter the small restaurant, you wait in a line down a hallway with no communication as to how long waiting will take, no names taken down, and no seating for handicap. My family and I are seated, immediately given waters and menus. Pleasantly surprised that the wait didn't take more than 30 mins, we order our food with recommendations from our server. We order the Lucky 7+2, Spicy Italian Sausage Omelet with Biscuit and Gravy, and Squirt Waffle with Strawberries and Cream and Orange Juice at 10:57Our server brings out the juice and doesn't come back to check in/communicate with us for 33 minutes. During our waiting, we consistently watched this server replenish coffee, check ins with their other tables. At 11:30, I flag them down and ask about our food, which they check on. We are given the response "it's on the grill," and they walk away.We receive our food at 11:43, 45 minutes after ordering. An inappropriate amount of time for a simple order to take. The restaurant seemed to have plenty of service staff, why does it seem they are not properly giving the kitchen staff resources for timely ticket completion? The food was made well, however, lacking flavor and spices. It was difficult to enjoy the food, as after waiting we were shaky, and ate the food quickly. The server didn't seem inclined to stick around until it was time to pay our bill, which they were immediately able to greet us at the pay counter.Overall experience was a major letdown, will not be recommending to others, and don't ever forsee returning.

This is a family-friendly joint that has quickly become a favorite within my friend group. The pancake stacks are a classic must, and are perfectly cost-friendly for broke uni students!

Cheap classic Americana breakfast. This is the sort of place that's been in business longer than most people have been alive.Your parents have memories of their parents taking them here.Food is priced accordingly and tastes accordingly.
