We stoped by for a comforting quick dinner after a long drive trip. The food was delicious and actually tastes much better than some Panda Express we went to. 😌 Spring beans with chicken makes me nostalgic!
I accidentally left my bag with my purse, ID and important documents when leaving. It’s scary! 😱 The team kept my bag with all my belongings, and we went picking it back the next morning.

i Always order on the app 15-20 min before arriving. Always end up waiting a minimum of 15 min after the estimated pickup time. Usually it is around 30 min of waiting. Food is usually cold and under portioned. This location is horrible

Yesterday I went to pick up a big catering order for my son’s 10th birthday (he loves Panda Express!) I had ordered a few days ahead, saw the payment go through, and thought we were all set. When I arrived, I was told the order had been canceled. After checking my bank account, it looked like the charge had been refunded.
The manager on duty was incredibly kind and professional. She patiently waited while I double-checked my account, then, with a smile, said not to worry, they would take care of it. I paid again, and the team quickly got everything together. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and accommodating, and the manager apologized for the inconvenience (even though I feel like I inconvenienced them!).
Thank you to the whole team for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. You really helped make my son’s birthday special!

Food was not fresh but the stuff that just came out was fantastic
Although usually your food is always really good! Tonight wasn’t the case. I came to your location to order cheese rangoons and an entry of orange chicken for my 4 year old son. With that being said the orange chicken didn’t turn out to be orange chicken it turned out to be some type of spicy 🌶️ chicken that was burning my kids mouth, This trip turned out to be a complete waste of money as I can not eat spicy foods because of a medical condition . I can say I’m not very pleased with this Situation.

Last few times I've ordered here the chow mien has been super cabbage heavy; tonight I order and panda bowl and the chow mien was 90%. It wasn't even the good/edible parts of cabbage; its like the base/roots. Gross.

Service is nice but they're stingy with their portions. Go to the Holman road Panda in QFC for better cooked food and bigger portions. The one good thing is it's near a WinCo so it's convenient. Been here about 3-5 times. Always light on the portions.
