The employee refused to give me the drink without ice. The drink I was paying for. I couldn’t believe when he told me he has to put ice in it as a company policy. In result, I bought the dinner for two without getting a drink. ???????

I've been here about 5 times. The fried rice is pretty dry and bland. But overall the entrees are so sweet that maybe the rice needs to be bland. I went in and they were out of noodles. I must have missed the lunch rush because it was dead and they told me it would take 5 minutes to make the noodles.Overall, friendly staff hit or miss clean tables and food is decent. I wouldn't tell people not to come here.

Always fresh, clean, and tasty! This is a very well-run Panda. They could be a littttttle more generous with portions sometimes though :)Parking: Plenty of spots in front of the building and grocery store.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking stalls available with extra space and ramp access.
Don't order online here. It's actually faster to walk in and order. I've had to wait up to 50 minutes when ordering ahead on the app. Meanwhile I watched people walk in and order the same thing then walk out.

The cashiers ask her for something and they do it badly Jesto I asked her to change the sprite because she needed gas and she just made a gesture on her face and turned around?You ask the cashiers for something and they make a face at you. I asked if they could change the sprite for it had no flavor and the girl just made a face and turned away.

I can usually get a decent filling meal from this place. But today, there was a new girl in charge. The portions were skimpy and about 1/3 less than what they were normally. I observed her training the other person giving half scoops instead of full scoops.

I loved going there but one i'm so done with the upselling. When you say ' I don't need anything else, thank you' 3 times don't ask me if I want a drink. Going to 98 ranch from now on
This was my spot for a very long time. Unfortunately, the quality of service has been declining. I will be going to another Panda Express as of today.

They constantly give extra veggies and skimp on the meat. Especially when they have steak sitting under the heat lamp too long and want you to pay extra for that overcooked jerky.

Ordered delivery tonight. Food was stone cold. My mother got the honey walnut shrimp and it came with 4 measly pieces of shrimp and barely any walnuts. Delivered in small to go boxes instead of the bowls we actually ordered. We got less food than what we paid for which is a complete rip off and is incredibly frustrating. I've ordered from plenty of panda expresses throught washington and other states, and I've never had my food delivered in these small boxes. My mother orders delivery from this location often and she says this is how it comes every time. It's rude and total false advertising to do that. Won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered through mobile order and it should have been ready for pick up at 6:10. I understand that they’re busy but instead of helping me with my order they kept helping the incoming customers. The whole point of mobile ordering is that your food is ready when you arrive. They just kept staring at me while waiting for my order and they continued to push it to the end they kept swing it was coming and that is was coming and coming but I waited an additional 20 min Don’t recommend this place at all.
