Good ordering experience online, picked up at drive thru. Very quick. Personally didn't like the sauce or something on the ciabatta cheesesteak, too sweet for my taste I think, just personal preference. The iced cut-out cookie was delish.

The shift manager was rude and unprofessional. The lemonade machine was broken, and when we asked where to find cups for the lemonade, she spoke to us as if we didn’t understand English. She was also speaking loudly to her coworker while we were trying to ask for help.

It’s all because of Jenna, I believe one of the managers or supervisors there. She’s amazing at putting in a good face even on stressful under-staffed days…btw maybe more than one or two people working at a time…a concept ?? She welcomed us with a kind smile and apologized profusely for the wait (that wasn’t even that long given it’s just her). GIVE JENNA RAISE

Genna, the manager, noticed my stranded daughter in the lot with a flat, and a jack that was stuck. Genna changed the tire, offered her food and water (90* out). Refused to take any money for her help. She was unbelievably kind, generous with her time, and got her back on the road.

Probably the best Panera I’ve been to in Washington! Food is fresh and tasty, and the location has good service, a drive through and is fairly clean. Has vegetarian options, and you can make plenty of modifications.

Customer service not good here at all. Felt super rushed at the drive through by the guy and there was no line so no reason for his bad attitude, that really gave a bad impression. Staff needs better training on serving with a smile because that just was not ok. He acted like he hates his life. Probably never coming back to this one ever again. Save yourself! Please do better management.

We had an excellent experience at this Panera bread outlet. The premises were clean and the staff was efficient and helpful. We were a vegetarian group and found lots to eat. Excellent veggie salad with nuts and couple of sandwiches one hot: garden Caprese and one cold: Mediterranean. Also liked the fact that I could my customize my dish down to every last ingredient. Wish the management would add an allergen list next to every item.

Oh Panera, I wish I knew how to quit you! Because I love your food so much – it's good I can eat that is also yummy, as opposed to other drive-throughs. But I consistently get home to discover food missing or wrong. Tonight, I must, alas, finally resort to leaving a bad review! I've been needing protein very badly, and craving a chicken Cobb salad all day. Imagine my despair (DESPAIR, I TELL YOU!) WHEN I got home and discovered my salad had neither chicken 🐔 nor egg🍳.

The young woman working at around 1:20pm on Thursday march 6th was one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met, she was extremely professional, very sweet, I could not have asked for a better person to help me and my gf, we will be coming back to this location again because of her 🩷

Me and my girlfriend went there at march 6 Thursday at 1:20 PM and the lady on the intercom was the nicest customer service worker I’ve ever encountered super chill super sweet really fast with it very very professional please I do not know her name, but get this girl a raise
