Really great food I cannot believe I hadnnever been here before after 10 years living in Seattle I had been looking for a place for lunch like this for years. Glad I went its exactly what we needed. Food was great taste was amazing and super healthy they have good options for salads and soups and a lot of different options for beverages including coffee, cold and hot tea, hot chocolate and flavoured coffees. Loved it its a 10/10 on my list.

Emily, The cashier at front desk is very professional and thorough with order processing as well as all other duties! Extremely good at customer service. She did not request or solicit this review. This is what I as a regular customer here feel about her job performance. I definitely recommend her and this location because of her!

They forgot the croutons for my soup and I tried the new frozen drink. it was NOT FROZEN. I am disabled and the drink's hole in the top was NOT covered at all! I spilled about half of it because of that! WASTE OF MONEY!

I just have to mention how amazing Emily was! She was honestly the sweetest and most patient person I’ve ever had help me at Panera Bread. She was so kind, honest, and went above and beyond — even offering options I didn’t even know existed! As a mom with kids in line, I was already a little nervous trying to order, but Emily made the whole experience feel so easy and stress-free. She handled everything with so much grace and kindness, and it truly made my day. The rest of the team was also super friendly and helpful — everyone seemed happy to assist, whether it was bringing plates to the table or just checking in to make sure we were good. Kudos to Emily and the whole Panera crew! You all made my visit 110% better than I expected. ❤️

The lady at the checkout counter said my order qualifies for a BOGO, I got a sandwich so i told her I would like another sandwich, but what she didn't tell me was the BOGO was just for a bagel.
It was good, but I've had Panera 10 or 15 years ago and I remember the bread wayyyy fresher. Isn't that what they are known for? Bread was good, not bad, but not as fresh as I remember them.

I love the Parera on 205th in Edmonds. Lily is such a joy and the drive thru goes much quicker when she's there! I wish she could train everyone oboe how to work the drive thru in a quick and efficient way. Go Lily!!!
