Convenient location for this Panera Bread is the main reason for stopping here. Drive through is fast and they get the order correct the 1st time. Food is always good here. Access back on to I5 is quick. Great place for a quick food stop going north I5 or southbound.

Placed an order online this morning, go to pick it up and half the staff is in the lobby goofing off. The one lady who opened and had been their super early was not looking happy as she was about to leave but no one else was working.
I ordered $40 dollars worth of breakfast sandwiches for the fast pickup thing. I get there, my order says done, so does 2 other peoples, but the orders are no where near.One guy is waiting for a begal and coffee and is complaining bes been waiting 25 mins.
Some time goes by, still waiting for my completed order when finally someone comes to the front of the store and asks if I need help, I just say waiting for my order. Person looks at me and says Good.
Finally, my order us ready, and now im late so I have to grab it and run. When I get back to the house, instead of giving me what I ordered, the lazy people who rather be goofing off instead of my making my food, gave me all the same sandwich and wrote modified on my receipt.
Funny this is, the people who ordered in store came in and ordered the sandwich I wanted and they made it for them
For me, I got 4 chibbata bread egg and cheese sandwichs. Def not what I ordered as me and the fam HATE chibbata. Sorry, if I wanted an all bread sandwich id have had my kids cook.
We ended up throwing the food away (god what a waste) and decided to go to Starbucks and McDonald's. Got what we wanted, but really pissed I had to waste $40.
I already emailed corp with screenshots of the order vs pictures of the receipt. I dont expect anything from a PoS company like this.
First and last time at any Penera. Never again will I eat there after being ripped off because the staff is to lazy to make the ordered food.

The soup is excellent, as is the pricey cookie. I added N/C sliced tomatoes to upgrade the $10 grilled cheese. It seemed like a good decision until a sharp, hard piece of tomato stem ended up in the sandwich. The new Asiago bagel stack was a major disappointment. 1) Not a bagel! This is a bread "donut," a round lump with a dimple to suggest the hole. 2) Another suggestion is the Asiago cheese, where is it? Only an unappetizing dark stain left on the bagel. 3) Now to the meat of the matter. Every advertisement shows a delicious looking bagel sandwich stacked with slices of meat and fresh veggies. I had to separate the bagel slices to find the fillings on my sandwich. No slices of meat, just some flaked bits of seasoned chicken spread loosely across the arugula and what must be the thinnest slices of tomato that I have ever seen in a restaurant.

Love the refreshing drinks they offer separate from their sodas and water, I love getting the cheddar brocoli soup in a bread bowl makes it more chunky and I love it during a rainy cloudy day Is definitely comfort food. The sandwiches are definitely freshly made and always a good portion they do have deals during lunch time every now and then so get the app to be aware definitely worth the try!!!!
It’s kinda cold outside. and I was craving comfort food. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money today. I decided I wanted a cup of soup and where better to than Panera Bread. It was close and in the way to my destination. I ordered from the app ( extremely convenient- I may add) ready and waiting right in time as promised. Not very busy, staff friendly and extremely helpful today. Yeah! Great I had mg soup and bread! Delicious. Thanks for a great dinner. 🍲 yummy 😋
Idk what is up with Panera today but everything was terrible the Mac and cheese was watery, the steak sandwich tasted like it was dusted with sugar and my soda was flat. Neither employee or manager tried to replace the order or refund it. All I was told is there CO2 was fixed except the Dr Pepper one which is the one I got. And they tried to give me a cookie. Seriously I spent $30 bucks on this order! I won’t be back.
