I had never been to a Panera bread until this last weekend and I am now a fan.The breakfast soufflé was a good size and the coffee was decent.Staff were very friendly.There were lots of tables with outlets and space to work if needed.

I'd NEVER been to Panera before. The menu was Top tier. The kids loved the food( very picky ?). Customer service ,actually coming by and checking on everything. I thought a young man stopping and checking on everything was extremely nice. Amir talked soccer with my son. we will definitely be back.Thank you!

This place took 30 minutes to make a pizza. I asked where my pizza was. they havent even started and blamed other workers. Never goin back and i dont recomend others to goPoor

Edmonds Panera Bread is the best in the PNW! The staff is exceptional here. I come on Tuesdays to buy their Baker's Dozen and they do a really good job with all my catering orders. The female managerial staff go above and beyond and they appreciate their loyal customers. If anything goes wrong, they always make it right with little to no hassle. This Panera is kept pristine and well-stocked as well. Love this location for catering orders!! I subscribe to their app and coffee club. Keep it up.

I hate they replaced humans with electronic tablets to take your order. Dining experiences are about human connection and it sucks to not even get a friendly hello, because a robot took their job. Maybe it's just hard cause to accept cause I used to take orders at Panera back in the day! Sad to see this change. But the food is still good.
