I love ham & cheese omelettes... Even when there are more exciting options on the menu I will go with the classic. Unfortunately, this was more of a ham omelette & not much more than a hint of cheese. It was good but seemed dry compared to the cheesy goodness I was expecting. The portions were good, & everything was tasty just not as good as I was expecting.

Called in a order and went to pick it up and they gave us the wrong order unfortunately we didn't realize it until we got home. When I called about the mix up they were rude but said to come back and they will give us the right order. So we went back to pick up our order and they said they threw it away so we had to wait for our breakfast. They tried to charge us again and was really rude. I loved Patty's in Arlington so I thought I would try this location I will never go back!! The food was not good.

We took a chance with the polarized reviews and we’re really glad that we went to Patty‘s eggnest at this location. Everyone who served us or seated us was very nice. We had delicious coffee within minutes in cute mugs. I ordered senior egg scramble with cheese and bacon and my husband had the pancakes and eggs… He loved his breakfast. I enjoyed my eggs and the biscuit but was not a fan of the hashbrowns. I’m really not that big of a breakfast potato gal! We were extremely comfortable there and enjoyed the attentive service during our stop.

I usually only rate when I had a good experience. But this place was terrible; poor service and the food was very poorly cooked. Not only did it take forever to take our order, no one ever checked in how things were. The eggs were greasy and so wet, both types of potatoes we received were cold, the toast is like cold bread and the whipping cream was basically a liquid. I would never go back.
I had an omelet, it was good, but absolutely MASSIVE.

I could give you a better review, but you guys never got around to taking my order. I tried ordering online and that did not work because it said you were closed. I called five times and on the fifth try I finally got a hold of somebody who put me on hold for 10 minutes. I was across the street unloading cars and didn't have a large amount of time so I tried to call to go order. I finally walked across the street and the phone was still on the counter and the lady at the cash register seemed like she was swamped. I waited for the two people ahead of me to go ahead and pay their bill and then when I got to the front of the line, I told the lady that she could go ahead and hang up the phone because I was the guy that was on the other end of that phone call. I asked her for a simple breakfast burrito and she said please wait for the other lady. I asked her who the other lady was and she told me that it was the waitress who could take my order. I said I just wanted it to go burrito and asked her if she couldn't take my order and she said I'm sorry the waitress has to take your order. I said thanks never mind and walked out.

staff is VERY kind and welcoming: when a busker accidentally cleared my meal after eating, they remade it all so I could take home. very kind.
wonderful and cozy meal. meals came unsalted so you could salt to taste. the belgian waffle was fluffy and not too sweet, the potatoes o'brien had a nice flavor. and though the hash browns could have been a little crispier they were yummy as well.
condiments on every table as well as jam and sugar and creamer. the inside is very cozy.
