So it has been a while since I have had pizza from this location. When the girl a year ago the pizza was good. I got one last night and it definitely didn't taste the same. Idk what has changed but it isn't the same pizza I ordered before. I was nice and just asked for a refund. I didn't include the slice I bit and spit out. The manager was acting like he was going to do it then he was like well you know we can do this or do do that outlet me ask you this. Will you ever eat here again and I said no. The he said we'll I don't have to give you a refund Then he disrespectfully rejected it by saying well I am not. It wasn't the matter of the money. It was a matter of me not being satisfied with their products. I just put my head down and put my finger up. The guy was a bully and I ain't trying to catch a charge over a pizza.

I ordered the cheesy pull apart pizza for my children, I got home, opened the box and there were no dipping sauces. What a let down considering I had tondrive 30 mins to get it. The dipping sauces were the whole reason the kids wanted it.

We decided to order Pizza Hut after 20 years. Movie night and ordering was our highlight for today. Excited for the stuffed crust and we ended up with a $40 soggy/greasy disgusting pizza that we ended up throwing away. “Boneless Wings” were the hardest chicken nuggets I’ve ever had. The garlic Parmesan ones were drenched in sauce. When my husband refuses to eat his pizza I know darn well it’s really that bad. Don’t think we will ever order again. You should also let people know that Door Dashers might deliver the order before we submit payment.

I love their triple meal deal, wings and fries with drinks in that order. I’ve been getting Pizza Hut from this location the last 3-4 times and every time, it hits. except today when we went to go pickup that exact order with some drinks … this is what the fries look like. Now I don’t know about y’all, but everytime I’ve gotten fries from Pizza Hut, it’s been in a bucket and pretty much stacked and filled. This is a box with not even a handful of fries. 👎🏼 As well as THEY DID NOT GIVE DRINKS THAT I PAYED FOR! by the time I realized I was too tired to go back at 11/11:30pm at night smh.
I ordered from home online, the pizza delivery was super quick and good.

Never order from the Edmonds store again the service was horrible & then they could not even advise they did not have the correct suply for the pizza that was ordered or offer a change Ended up throwing the entire pizza away and ordered from Dominos
