They use Doordash now for delivery. Pizza undercooked and it showed up cold as a ice cube. Tipped 20%, their delivery fee was more than that. Absolutely the worst 30 dollar pizza ever. Ever.

Please hire more employees and pay a fair wage. It's unacceptable that one person has to do the job of 3-4 people, backing up orders and stressing everyone out that's involved, but most especially the one person being overworked.

My review is limited to the store, not the food. I placed an order for pick-up but had to leave because of the unpleasant odor. The mildew smell was overpowering, masking even the scent of the pizza. It’s an issue if you’re unable to smell the food coming from the restaurant. I left my paid order there and have no plans to return.

Very friendly team and delicious pizza! I ordered my pizza online and was able to pick up in a timely manner despite how busy this location was at the time. I wish I had taken a picture of my pizza; it was built exactly as ordered, looked and tasted great. We will be back again!

Ordered here when out and about, carry out took well over an hour, I checked my bank statement a couple days later and noticed my card was charged 4 times for the one order. I was charged a total of 262.54 for an order what was 62.51 leaving at tip grand total of 75.01. Very distasteful, I called the store and was refunded 62.51 but left with 2 more pending charges that I had to dispute with my bank. Service the day of buying my food was great, didn’t get his name but he was absolutely the best.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered at 5:23pm it said delivery by 6:25pm. An hour and a half later, I called, I got connected to someone who then transferred me to the pizza hut I ordered from, they didn't pick up. Or the second or the third time we called. It's two hours later at this point. After the third time someone hung up on us, then finally we got someone who wouldn't hang up(still no answer from the actual pizza hut store). So we asked for a number for higher up since now it's been over 2 1/2 hours since we ordered. We then canceled our order and then requested a refund in which they said of course and gave us a ticket number. Since the money hadn't gone through the account they said it would just not go through but if it did, to call back and give them our ticket number. So, 4 1/2 hours later, we saw a car out front... someone was delivering the pizza we canceled!! 4 1/2 HOURS later!! Then a few days pass and the money comes out of the account! So I called pizza hut and they then say they are sending this information over to someone higher up since we recieved the pizza.. what??? We canceled it and have a confirmation for a refund... AND IT WAS DELIVERED 4 1/2 HOURS LATER. So now I had to contact my bank.. please do not order from this pizza hut, I'm sure not. Or pizza hut at all for that matter. I still don't have my refund.

Yum! We recently moved here this summer. We found our favorite local pizzeria and now our local chain pizza place. This Edmonds location is clean, friendly, cool vibe and awesome staff. Jade made us two perfect pizzas!Thanks man!! And we're picky.
