We had great beer, Excellent sandwiches (we had their BLT w/chili and a Pulled Pork), and wonderful live entertainment. It was a little loud near the stage but that worked. We just sat back and listened??

Good beer, taproom, and dog friendly patio!

Always a fun place for a beer and some snacks. They've got a nice patio for warmer days.We had some fun NYE hanging out listening and dancing to some 80s tunes spun by a DJ

They say they are dog friendly, my wife and I whom are both veterans went here with our service dogs. When we went inside and I said they were service dogs the red headed waiter seemed to not believe us and snickered to his coworkers about it. They then went and got the manager to talk to us and he asked where our vests were. Our dogs were in costumes as it is Halloween weekend. And it’s no requirement that a service dog wears any form of identification. Any restaurant or establishment should know this unless extremely inexperienced. Overall they made us incredibly uncomfortable and were extremely unprofessional. Just a grungy low class place with low class workers. Drinks were mediocre. Would not recommend with many better establishments close by.Edit: this is your establishment owned by the same individual. Therefore the review goes for both locations since you simply dodged it on your other one and blamed it on the dogs being in costumes, chump.

Salish Sea has very tasty brews. The Mother fogger is delicious!

Great outdoor spot for drinks and snacks. Interactions with a staff member were unwelcoming- I'm assuming it's because we had a 1 and 2 year old. I would avoid coming with kids under 5, they made it clear to us when we visited today that they choose not to have high chairs (which is fine) but I would not consider this a "family friendly" space.

Stopped here for lunch on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. There is a nice outdoor seating area and we got a tableoutside and we're ready for a simple pub lunch and a beer. Unfortunately, the table was on the sidewalk which is not level. It looked like they had tried to level the table but they had not gotten it right so everything tipped badly toward my wife. The beer was good. The food was remarkable average - even for a brewery. The service was pretty much non-existent. We had to go the the reception desk and ask to place an order, go back to ask for bbq sauce and go back again to say we were ready to pay. Nice place to stop for a beer. If you plan to eat there are a dozen better restaurants in walking distance.

On a really, really hot day there were several water bowls for dogs, adequate shade and the most amazing hummous plate I have ever had as a vegan at a taproom anywhere. Well done Salish Sea!

This place is a great option if you want to sit and snack while sipping a beer. Cider options were good. They had a root beer on tap. Music was a bit loud, but the vibe was laid back. The whole place seemed very clean. The salmon flatbread was delicious!

Good beer. Food is decent for the price. Nice people. But good lord, they have GOT TO SOLVE THE SOUL CRUSHING BACKUP AND BOTTLENECK AT THE "FRONT DESK." All orders for everything apparently have to go through one point of sale terminal at the front of the bar. Backups of six seven eight orders happen where everyone just has to wait to order a beer, food, or pay their tab. It's ridiculous. They have plenty of staff but the single point of purchase is choking this place to death. It also means that they are selling far less beer than they could if they had even a slightly efficient system. Never seen anything quite this d**** They almost never take a beer order inside the restaurant or at the bar. You have to just go line up, and wait and wait and wait. All while the numerous staff are just sort of milling around. If they started taking beer orders inside the restaurant they'd instantly double their nightly revenue.

Loved this place when it was American Brewing Co., and the new owners have really put their hearts into making it a great place. Lots of tasty beers on tap and a terrific music venue outside. The Boathouse is quickly becoming the place to go to listen to live music in Edmonds. Great job, team.

Great ambience and beer was delish! Dog friendly and a great location. A little pricey for the chips and salsa - the salsa was fresh and yummy but the chips reminded me of Costco brand... otherwise great place!

A perfect spot to hang and enjoy the sun, a tasty beverage and some food. Even if you don't want full sun, or the partial shade of an umbrella, the open-air interior is great! There's a full menu for food and many beer options providing something for everyone. They also have several big TVs to catch the game as well. All ages spot as well so bring the kiddos and let them play foosball while you imbibe.I really enjoyed this spot and look forward to returning to try some of the food!

This is the other Salish Sea brewing company location in Edmonds, down near the waterfront, very reminiscent of some of my favorite breweries in Half Moon Bay and Monterey. Friendly and knowledgeable service, great vibes on a Friday afternoon. Already knowing from a visit to the downtown location, that the beers are great! Lots of Boathouse decor throughout the inside, with the the sun out and the big doors open to the outside area, both covered and tables with big umbrellas, cool murals on the buildings, of course with a sea theme. Fun and relaxing times for sure! Looking over both the food and beer menu, I decided to try the Kraut dog and a Motherfogger hazy, to enjoy out in the sunshine and cool sea breeze. The krautdog arrived quickly, not just a skinny sausage, but full sized and lots of sourkraut, with pickled onions and mustard, a delicious meal in itself, along with the kettle chips and the tasty hazy Motherfogger, a wonderful way to spend a Friday late afternoon near the waterfront of Edmonds. Next up was trying another hazy, Fog on the bay, which was another great, not over hoppy IPA, great for warm sunny days and to help wash down the rest of the ample amount of kettle chips. One thing of note, I have noticed since moving to Washington, the hazy brews are not always as hazy as the brews I was accustomed to in the Bay Area of Cali, like it was in Cali it seems to be the brewers choice on how hazy a hazy is? Both have been exceptionally good brews, it's just interesting, making a good topic for discussion with brewers and beer aficionados. Either the downtown or boathouse locations will be my go to spots when in Edmonds, great beers and great vibes. SYOY! God bless and Cheers!
