We arrived early for our reservation, we were welcomed and seated with out any issue in their lovely dining room. One of our guests is gluten free, our waiter helped him with ordering, in a very helpful way. Delicious!
The server was excellent even though I expressed dissatisfaction with the menu provided. The chef needs further training in menu selection/purchasing/preparation. Other quality restaurants research in expectations of customers - especially in bread (oil bread was heavy, cold, not tasty; it was NOT hot tasty bread and WITHOUT dipping oil.
We had an incredible experience at Salt & Iron. Our server Alex was fantastic. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome while still giving us space to catch up with our friends. We ordered a ton of appetizers and tried all the new fall dinner menu items. Everything was delicious, but the stuffed chicken and duck confit risotto really stood out.
