My family and I recently attended for my birthday a couple days ago. It was just a group of 6. Myself and my husband, my mom and dad, and my grandparents. We were there on a Tuesday at around 4 PM and the entire hour we were there, it was super slow. Like maybe two other customers were present. My father was running late due to traffic, and we had 3 different waitresses and waiters come up to us and ask for our order despite saying multiple times we were waiting for someone. To the point where my mom asked if we should leave, so respectfully and sweetly. Then a waitress was asking my grandma for a drink at the same time my grandpa was asking for a refill on chips, and the waitress very rudely snapped at him and told him he needed to wait his turn because she was talking. My grandfather has almost passed away multiple times this year, and he has huge health issues and has suffered massive hearing loss. Our entire party couldn’t believe someone would just snap at someone elderly for literally just asking for a refill….it was sickening. My grandfather felt embarrassed and it was off putting, especially considering he had done nothing to deserve that. Just really sad because it was our first and last experience there. Kindness is always a better route than anger, and even the employees of a venue should be aware of that.

Wasn't the best food.. but it was good. Wish the taco shells were more crispy and not as soggy. Ordered just 2 chicken tacos.

It has been a few months since our visit to this establishment but it still stands out to me as one of the most flavorless meals I've had and my husband agrees. Even the salsa was extremely bland. The place was packed and the service was great considering how busy it was, but the food was simply not good.

Their guacamole is nothing short of spectacular. I also absolutely adore the Camarones Rancheros (which I hopefully spelled correctly!).

I took my 3 year old daughter here for a night out and we had a blast!Kid-friendliness: It’s a lively and loud enough atmosphere where kids aren’t a distraction to other patrons. That said, there isn’t a ton of room in the free spaces, so definitely no walking around and playing during the meal.

I hate to leave a negative review - but the fajita salad was inedible. Everything had a slightly fishy flavor to it. Portion was giant but couldn't eat it. Tons of shredded lettuce and enormous tortilla bowl. People are friendly, location is great, ambiance is meh. Can't recommend the food.

Food was fresh with large portions. Enchiladas were delicious. Taquitos were hefty and filling. Chicken Salad was huge. Was a bit too juicy tho. Service was polite and food came out quickly. Spicy mango marg was giant and thirst quenching.

We tried Santa Fe on a Friday and the place was ultra busy. It had replaced the previous Mexican establishment which was mediocre. Santa Fe is far better w/ very good, tasty food and plentiful servings. I understand they were busy but they cut corners to serve their food. Their horchata was canned? Not sure but not the same as usual. The small incident left a bitter taste. I would have given them a 3.5* but for the most part they have good food. Good luck with your experience; It will be a hit or miss depending on how busy they are.

Allergy warning: Peanuts.I didn't expect peanuts in Mexican food but that's a thing in this restaurant. Unfortunately it's also used throughout their sauces so you can't order without.Technically items on the menu do have little asterisks to follow where it tells you it contains peanuts, but if you're like me/my family and have never had Mexican food with peanuts before, that labelling isn't helpful. I just assumed it'd be the usual warning about under cooked meats. My kid who is allergic to peanuts got violently sick.I recommend the business revamp their menus with bolder warnings because most Mexican food in our region isn't made with peanuts.

Very nice decor with immediate attention upon entering. Staff was very friendly Did not have food other than chips and sausa. The salsa was an 8 out of 10. Chips are pretty standard. The food around us looked great, and heard people talking about how good it was. I will definitely come back

Today the food was awful they hired a new cook and the steak from all 4 dishes was unseasoned and bland. Burnt steak. And the cheese is water We spent $150 bad experiences and we use to come often Not anymore
