Reserved a tasting on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted by the owner. Chill environment with outdoor and indoor seating. Owner was gracious enough to include a tour which is not typical for Sundays. Their process and growth was fascinating and I could spend hours learning about their efforts. Bespoke Gin!
I cannot recommend this enough. You must experience their GINiology class. You get to learn about the history of gin while sipping on two gin based cocktails, get a thorough tour of the gin making process, and design your own bottle of bespoke gin. If you are looking for a unique experience, this one takes the cake. We got lucky and took a class within the same week Kim started offering her very own Chartuse. We couldn't leave with a bottle. 10/10

Can’t wait to go back! Online reservations were incredibly convenient; a plethora of interesting & speciality choices for spirits and cocktails. Only “con” is that the seating area can be a little cramped/ loud when the distillery is busy.
