Shooby Doo catering did full-service catering for my wedding and it was incredible! First off, the food was amazing. All of our guests loved the appetizers (we did shrimp skewers, truffle croquettes, onion confit bruschetta, and duck spring rolls) as well as the dinner food (miso grilled salmon and pork belly, green beans, summer berry salad). The pork belly was especially a BIG hit. Second, the staff were kind and professional the day-of, and everything ran so smoothly. Also, huge shout-out to Maggie, who was so organized and great to work with in the planning process! Among the many things she helped with, she made it easy to accommodate our guests' dietary restrictions, broke down the banquet order totals for us, and kept things concise and clear. I'm a wedding florist and my husband is a giant foodie, so when we got married, we knew that food was going to be an important part of our day. Shooby knocked it out of the park and worked with us to make the most amazing "Fall in the Pacific Northwest" menu. They even went so far as to make small changes to their standard menu options and worked with us to make sure all our guests had a variety of food to eat (despite a lot of different dietary restrictions!). Their food is delicious, their staff is so kind and clear, and they know how to hustle... Oh, and make sure to put the gruyere whipped mashed potatoes on the menu, just trust me, okay?

We got to work with Maggie who was super responsive and a very efficient communicator. Maggie was understanding, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout our entire planning process which we really appreciated. We proposed making a big change to our arrangement at the last minute and we ended up going through with it because we felt so confident in being able to execute it due to how transparent and informative Maggie was about the limits and hurdles that we'd have to work with.
The food was great and several of our guests still compliment us on how delicious everything was. Our guests also loved the family style setting and appreciated how kind the staff were the entire time. My husband and I both enjoyed our interactions with the staff on our big day as well!
Lastly, it was really important to us to have Cannoli at our wedding for dessert. We provided Cannoli kits from Delaurenti’s and the pastry chef was happy to assemble them for us on the day of the wedding. This extra touch really went a long way and made us even happier with our decision to use Shooby Doo.
