Came in spur of the moment for lunch and had a positive first experience at Spuds. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was fresh, warm, and tasted great. Cod was light and flaky. Fish, fries, and onion rings were crispy and the food paired well with the sauces (tartar, ranch, garlic aioli). Overall, solid “fast food” style restaurant. Would come back again!

While waiting for ferry. 3 pieces of cod, onion rings (fried in fish fryer) came to $37. Customers that came in after me were served before me. No chips given with fish. 2napkins with all that mess. Overall a very negative experience. The manager offers a refund or coupons is a farce!!!! None received!

Bathroom floor and tray were greasy, food was cheap fried food and coleslaw had no flavor, just cabbage and carrots. For the amount of money I spent, I don't think I will be returning any time soon.
