We frequent Starbucks regularly but will not be visiting this location again. I was shopping next door with my 5yo when he really needed to pee so we went to Starbucks. I kindly asked the lady working the register if my child could use the restroom because he really needed to go. She told me scornfully that the policy is that you have to buy something. I know the policy has changed and it's not a public restroom anymore, but it's a child and it's an emergency. I sensed some microaggressions in the way she talked to us. Maybe if my son was blonde and looked more like her, he would have been allowed to use the bathroom?

When stopping in during the early afternoon of Wednesday, November 6, I had the displeasure of dealing with Mary and her coworker. I have a noticeable physical disability which affects my speech as well, and after rudely ignoring my presence while she socialized, Mary preceded to mock me in both her condescending tone and facial expressions while her coworker apparently found this funny, laughing as Mary was harassing me.
When my boyfriend arrived moments later, he also noticed Mary's attitude towards me when handing us our drink order.
I have no idea what inspired Mary to be so rude and heinous to someone who she had never met before. This was my first time at this particular Starbucks store, but I will obviously not be returning.

Parking: Free street parking. Usually easy to find. If it is busy in downtown Edmonds can take longer.

Nice place. Clean. Not too many tables inside but lots outside during nice weather.

The lady who was closing Wednesday night (April 17th, 2024) was very rude when I called and asked her to heat up a breakfast sandwich for me because the mobile order wasn’t working. She cut me off, said she wouldn’t, and hung up the phone while I was mid-sentence. Very disappointing because I had nothing but positive experiences up until this point!

What can u say about coffee? Good breakfast choice. Getting a bit pricey, as is everything. Still a good place to go with friends to catch up.

Getting a Tall iced shaken Espresso
Great location. Seating was barren and uncomfortable and quite limited. It was also really cold in there. They had extra space too. My suggestion would be for management to get creative with putting in more seating that is more comfortable. For a wonderful location that's in the heart of it should be a nicer dining area for people to buy coffee and a scone and relax for a while.

Grande Choco Strawberry Cream Frappuccino
Hey everyone,I wanted to share an experience at Starbucks that was quite disheartening. Here’s what happened: I went in to order my usual grande hot Oleato, a delight I’ve savored before. Surprised by the jump in price to $9.45, I pointed to the poster on the wall advertising it for $5.95 and politely asked the barista, Andre, if there might have been a mistake, considering I had ordered the same not too long ago at the poster price.Andre’s response was that making it hot required an extra, chargeable addition. This puzzled me because I was looking for the Oleato as traditionally served and advertised. I explained, “I don’t want something extra; if the poster says $5.95 for an Oleato, then I’d like to get that same one, please.” Andre reluctantly agreed with a “fine.”As I waited, I anticipated the comfort of my preferred Oleato. Instead, I was handed a plain latte, not the Oleato I had discussed and clarified. This switch felt like a dismissive gesture, undermining the essence of what I believed to be a simple request.I’m sharing this in the spirit of constructive feedback, valuing the power of communication and the importance of getting the little things right. The rest of the team at Starbucks has always been friendly and accommodating. Thank you for not making this worse.
