Small space. Outdoor seating on the walkway. Location is nice. Hard to find parking.

Not sure why we have a Starbucks here… Would be better off with something else. Only good thing about having Starbucks in Edmonds was using it as a public restroom and free water but that’s changed. If you can’t accommodate that you’re really not needed other than featuring the tourists

Came and asked for water, the lady said that if I didn't buy anything that I couldn't get one. I just left because there are plenty of other coffee shops that are this strict. And in my book, giving someone water is just common human decency, and if you're policy doesn't align with that, then I have no business with you

The people here are very rude, which is surprising for Edmonds. It kind of has a Seattle vibe that I don't like, and the thing that I like about Edmunds is that it doesn't have that vibe. You go to any other coffee shop and you get better treatment. Just save yourself the trouble. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I came here trying to use the bathroom, and the co-workers were extremely rude. They said that because I didn't buy anything that I wasn't even allowed to be sitting in there store, they made me feel very unwelcome. I want to another coffee shop just down the street, and they were very welcoming and didn't ask me to buy anything, just let me use the restroom which is how it's supposed to be

This Starbucks no longer lets you get free water, they make you buy something first before getting water. I just want some water and they're making me buy something before I get it. There are plenty of other coffee shops, honestly nicer and they don't make you pay for the water. Not coming back here again, just going to go to one of the other ones

We frequent Starbucks regularly but will not be visiting this location again. I was shopping next door with my 5yo when he really needed to pee so we went to Starbucks. I kindly asked the lady working the register if my child could use the restroom because he really needed to go. She told me scornfully that the policy is that you have to buy something. I know the policy has changed and it's not a public restroom anymore, but it's a child and it's an emergency. I sensed some microaggressions in the way she talked to us. Maybe if my son was blonde and looked more like her, he would have been allowed to use the bathroom?

When stopping in during the early afternoon of Wednesday, November 6, I had the displeasure of dealing with Mary and her coworker. I have a noticeable physical disability which affects my speech as well, and after rudely ignoring my presence while she socialized, Mary preceded to mock me in both her condescending tone and facial expressions while her coworker apparently found this funny, laughing as Mary was harassing me.

When my boyfriend arrived moments later, he also noticed Mary's attitude towards me when handing us our drink order.

I have no idea what inspired Mary to be so rude and heinous to someone who she had never met before. This was my first time at this particular Starbucks store, but I will obviously not be returning.

Parking: Free street parking. Usually easy to find. If it is busy in downtown Edmonds can take longer.

The lady who was closing Wednesday night (April 17th, 2024) was very rude when I called and asked her to heat up a breakfast sandwich for me because the mobile order wasn’t working. She cut me off, said she wouldn’t, and hung up the phone while I was mid-sentence. Very disappointing because I had nothing but positive experiences up until this point!

What can u say about coffee? Good breakfast choice. Getting a bit pricey, as is everything. Still a good place to go with friends to catch up.
