Subway has become very expensive for the average quality of its food ($18 for a not-so-great 12" sub and that's without a drink or chips). This particular location doesn't accept coupons (which otherwise make the price much more reasonable) that the other Edmonds location does accept. Of course, they don't tell you that until they've already made your sandwich and you're at the register and essentially have to pay their rip off price. The employee was nice though and I have no issues with her. It's just a matter of this location's owner choosing not to accept coupons. So, if you have coupons, go to the other Edmonds location. I will anyway on those rare times I would even pay these prices because I'm not going to reward a location that doesn't honor coupons that Subway itself puts out in the local area.

First of all they don’t take any coupons here ever and they’re the only location that doesn’t. Secondly the lady with a tatted up neck and no teeth took major offense that I was disappointed in that and said she was gonna call the police on me and my child. This location has always had questionable and not favorable people working here. I’ll be contacting the franchise next.

DONT WASTE MONEY ON THIS LOCATION!Lady with tattoos was rude and barely put any veggies on my sub with about half a normal portion of meat. Wouldn’t add more sauce when I asked for more on my sub, she said there was limitations on it when in fact there are not. My girlfriend used to work there, so she would know. Don’t expect to have a good experience if you see this lady. She also looks like she may be on drugs. In my response to her telling me that I could go somewhere I else, I told her that not to worry I won’t come there anymore, she told me she would call the cops if I didn’t leave.Don’t know who hired her, but it’s clear they made a mistake with error of judgement as this isn’t the first time she’s been mentioned on a review here.

This is the first subway I have ever been to that doesn't take coupons. There were 3 different people in there to use coupons. We were all denied. I now know to go to a different location from now on and not recommend this location to anyone.

The new menu at Subway is outrageously expensive. You might as well go to a nice restaurant and get table service for the price now.
The guys at this Subway are awesome! Made my food accurately and fast, funny and great to speak with, definitely returning with the service getting much better the past month!

Her name is Christina and she took the time to look us in the eyes and connect with my granddaughter and I and explain the options as this was her first experience at this restaurant. It's rare to run into people this genuinely kind. I hope the owners know what an absolute gem of an employee they have. The restaurant was emaculately clean, in fact I've never seen another this clean and she made the perfect sandwich. I will most definitely be returning with my granddaughter in the near future.
