This is the first subway I have ever been to that doesn't take coupons. There were 3 different people in there to use coupons. We were all denied. I now know to go to a different location from now on and not recommend this location to anyone.

Wouldn't recommend coming here was treated with straight up disrespect. Lady with tattoos wouldn't add but small portions of sauce and or veggies when asking for more got a bowl with practically 4 pieces of chicken I thought this was subway not kfc?

The new menu at Subway is outrageously expensive. You might as well go to a nice restaurant and get table service for the price now.

Update on my last review; service has definitely changed, and not in a good way. When we visited today, we had a younger male cashier who had longer hair, with it loosely pulled back and most of it falling in front of his face, directly over the food. He was very antisocial and quite rude. When the transaction was over, he slid the sandwiches, rolled his eyes and didn't say a word.I tried to get in contact with the store, but after multiple phone calls I received no response. Quite dissatisfied and disappointed with this service, I used to love coming here mostly for the very sweet and kind staff.

I'm writing this as we're at Subway because I'm so incredibly impressed with the most amazingly kind woman who helped us with our order today. Her name is Christina and she took the time to look us in the eyes and connect with my granddaughter and I and explain the options as this was her first experience at this restaurant. It's rare to run into people this genuinely kind. I hope the owners know what an absolute gem of an employee they have. The restaurant was emaculately clean, in fact I've never seen another this clean and she made the perfect sandwich. I will most definitely be returning with my granddaughter in the near future. Thank you

I like this location in Edmonds. It's super clean, staff is great and attentive. They're aware to keep hands clean while dealing with cash and preparing sandwiches. I like that. Least to say I have had a bad experience compare to other a Subway around the area.I like it here so much I've become a regular. Many choices to pick from and I always end up with the regular Subway club.I love the oil and vinegar, a little black pepper, light Mayo, green pepper, red onions, light lettuce, jalapeños and a few tomatoes. So good and pretty light on my tummy.

Had the most pleasant experience ever in a Subway at this store. Christina is the sweetest sandwich artist ever and deserves a promotion! She made my kiddo feel very special and even had stickers for her to choose from. So kind. Very lovely woman.

Bought 4 subs here yesterday using the app for take out. Family started to eat them immediately and in all 4 found rotten spoiled ingredients. One bite and could tell something was bad. Pulled them apart and the cucumbers were floppy and clearly spoiled.The bell peppers were off-colored and had tasted rancid. The spinach was slimy. The fact the ingredients were spoiled was visible on sight, and from touch, so person who made the sandwiches had to have known. We threw them out not willing to risk food poisoning. I tried to post a complaint on the company's website but it won't let me fill in the date of the visit and says site is unavailable, so it won't even let me complain. I would avoid this place -- or at least not order in the app and watch them make your sandwich to see if ingredients look ok. But still -- ick -- if they are letting ingredients sit around and turn bad, not sure I trust them to keep the meat and cheese safe for consumption. We threw them away before eating enough to get really sick, but just a bite of rancid ingredients was enough to turn my stomach.

Clean and tidy restaurant, and our online orders are always ready to pick up right on time! The staff is friendly, too! I do wish this location accepted coupons, but in the same breath I understand why this franchise has chosen not to.

Got 2 foot longs. Cold cut combo and subway club. It was a little busy 4 people. James who was behind the counter took care of everyone quick and efficient. Sandwiches where good. Good job.
