I ordered through the app and made an error. The wonderful person there tried to solve the problem but to no avail. Give your franchises the ability to help their customers. Very poor service from corporate. Do better and increase your foot traffic.

Really bad experience with the food at this subway franchise. As someone that did years in the industry as management I believe the ingredients are being left out longer than they’re meant to be, which is a huge food safety issue if so. This is my second time ordering from this location. And I never will again. Each time I have felt sick after just a couple bites. I had to throw it out this time after 3 bits and reorder from another location. I’m not picky but I genuinely felt sick to my stomach and it was the same sub I always order. So something is not up to par with either their machines or the employees leaving items out to long. I will be calling in to speak with management about this. The first time I tossed it up to maybe they were rushing and busy, but to have it happen a second time is outrageous. Its was extremely bad and the fact that this is typically how food tastes when it’s left out too long I know from experience, is an huge concern.

Tried the new pretzel for 3 bucks. It was stale and tasted nothing like a pretzel. Got a veggie patty sandwich on the new ghost pepper bread. Bread was stale and had no heat to it at all. The whole meal was inedible. What a was of money.

I ordered delivery through uber eats. When I received my food, I got the wrong cookie. I selected the peppermint footlong cookie, but received the regular chocolate chip footlong cookie. When I ate my wrap, it was super messy. The food was all over the place and wasn’t properly prepared. My hands were messy and the food fell everywhere.

Ordered online on subway app, my kid wanted chocolate milk so I added it to my order went to pick up my order and I checked my order upon arrival and they just threw in normal milk. Didn't mention anything about it before I discovered it. Just said sorry all we have is reg milk. Didnt offer any discounts or to swap it out for something else.

They had a grade school child make my sandwich for some reason. He placed all the toppings in the center of the sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Some bites were nothing but green peppers, other bites felt like I was eating a can of sliced olives.

A Great employee helped us build a delicious sandwich. He took great care of us hungry, tired travelers. We were looking for an open Subway. The first one we stopped at was closed for remodel. But Google failed to mention that.
