No longer Sushi Moto. Now Kazoku.Extra tables made the plans feel like a cafeteria instead of a restaurant. Waited for 40 minutes with both l nothing to show but a bowl of miso. This spot and the pho than next door are in a race to the bottom. Will not return.

Delicious food, excellent service, nice upscale atmosphere, the prices were a bit higher than usual, but good quality. We had the teriyaki chicken bento, spicy chashu ramen (very spicy and good), curry chicken katsudon (unexpectedly spicy) and the Crazy Devil roll (nicely super spicy). When they say spicy they mean it!

Hello Sushi Man, I hope you'll take my feedback constructively. I visited Moto Sushi a few years ago and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Despite living just 3 minutes away, I haven't returned since. Several days ago I gave another try which was another big disaapointment. As a chef, I can say that the sushi lacked in many components, especially the rice which is a crucial element in sushi. The quality of sashimi and value didn't make up for the high price, and the portions in the bento were tiny. I may consider giving Moto Sushi another try in 5 years or more, but I hope to see improvements by then. Currently, the sushi tastes like a cheap imitation of the real thing, made for people who have never tried authentic sushi before. It's hard to find a good sushi place near north side and that's the only reason this place can still be in business.

One of the best places for sushi in the area. They are consistent and the sushi chefs are very skilled. I highly recommend this restaurant for sushi.

We love this place, both before and after Covid they have consistently high quality food, good service and a warm and inviting atmosphere. They added more booths in addition to the separate rooms to encourage distancing without sacrificing atmosphere. Altogether a great experience for families as well as those without children!Kid-friendliness: Great for families! Booths and separation along with great service

I had an order here for doordash pickup. Their prices are pretty affordable and the tempura shrimp roll was really tasty, the miso soup was just alright. They forgot to include soy sauce but I liked that the wasabi and ginger were in separate little containers.

My boyfriend and I came here to grab a quick bite, we were not expecting much. They were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious.

A great option for Lynnwood/ Mukilteo/ Mountlake Terrace area. Delicious fresh fish and classic rolls filled with flavor. Interior is inviting with party rooms you can book. Friendly staff and service.
Our favorite Sushi in the north end! Family owned and operated makes a difference in this case. Looking forward to my next Fire Mountain Roll!

My mother likes their lunch bentos so we decided to try Sushi Moto for dinner on a Saturday night. Ambiance: The interior was quaint and clean with booths and tables. Service: It was ok although we had to signal the sushi chef twice to get our waitress. Food: We order the BT1 Bento ($18.95?), BT7 Chicken Teriyaki Bento ($17.95), D-4 Teriyaki Combo ($26). I can't speak for the first two but my combo had 3 short rib pieces, some chicken and a small palm-sized salmon. The vegetables that came with it were the grilled onions and 3 tiny pieces of sliced mushrooms that serves as the base on the hot plate. Seriously?! All 3 proteins were flavorless so I had to ask for a side of teriyaki sauce. For $26, I expected better. The total for our party of 3 including tip was $85 and we only had 2 bentos and 1 entree. The high menu prices and lack of flavor convinced me this will be our only visit to Sushi Moto.

Unfortunately this place is NOT one of the better sushi restaurants in Edmonds, Lynnwood area. It's been around for a long time and is family owned. I want to like it, but the quality of food is really lacking. We went on a Friday night closer to closing. We ordered 6 American style rolls. Almost all the rolls were mostly rice, the proteins were so so tiny in the rolls, we could not taste them, or almost could not find them. The shrimp was so so little in the tempura shrimp roll, eel was so so tiny on a eel dominate roll. So sad, we will not go back, it's hard to support a local small business when they just skimp on the ingredients.
