Arrived soon after they opened (10 am) and they already had several steamed and baked carts with lots of tasty dishes. Staff brought us tea right away and were attentive. Love how their dim sum is lightly seasoned so as not to overpower the natural flavor of the ingredients. Their chili oil is the cleanest I’ve had at a restaurant with good umami. Although the honey walnut prawns had too much sauce, they were very crunchy.

Although the restaurant still maintains its family-style big meal environment, prices have gotten higher and food quality has gotten lower. Their family meal plans are expensive and honestly nonsensical. The duck on the menu has increase in bone and less meat, while the meat the is on there is rather dry. Their cold chicken menu item is just not good, although I see why culturally people might like it. All and all, the food is just not that good. The only things I liked on the menu is the shrimp, and basically the stuff on their house special.
Additionally, this place charges an 18% or so gratuity on bills, which sort of takes advantage of Asian families who might not read English or don't bother looking at the fine-print. These families, like my father and mother, then tip out of generosity but are met with a hefty additional charge. A 388 meal turns out to be almost 500 dollars.

2nd visit not as good as first. SHAME. No good waiter attention. Food without favor and cold.
Dim Sum was good. Not a fan of the chicken though.

Was not very happy from the service to the food… walked in and we weren’t greeted properly, the price on the menus says $16.80 but costed $20. The flavor was non existent and the only kind person was another customer who opened the door for me and my little sister on our way out. Won’t be returning.

This is my favorite restaurant! I come here at least once a month. Most of the dishes I’ve tried have been really good, and the fried rice is definitely my favorite. I think I’ve tried every fried rice option on the menu! The food is consistently tasty, and I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Recently returned to the area and had to stop by for Dim Sum. It's hard to find a restaurant that properly serves great food, especially Dim Sum! Thank you!

Went in for lunch and was all ready for the very rude chinese atmosphere.
I just wanted a combo plate. They kept hurrying me to order. So I ordered pork chops. They were saturated in fat and deep fried, with heavy syrup all over them. Could only eat a fourth of the plate. Lunch was thirty two dollars......

I ordered to go, I triple check with them that I need my sauces n chopsticks
They kept saying yes yes. When I got on the Ferry none was there.
Big open seating area, food is great. Service is hit and miss, seems better for some folks than others.
Ordered take out last week with noodles separately from topping .. asked for broccoli and did not get even one floret and topping was more gravy than ingredients.. won’t be going there again
My family has frequented T & T for years now. A few days ago, I took my mom there and was pleased with the food, but especially the service. The two of us came late in the evening and ended up conversing past the closing time. The staff were considerate and even gave us a bonus dessert soup. Great service matched with quality food. Recommended.
