There is some guy name bubba that works here that always get my order done right and has the best customer service experience ever then anyone there I swear to bob I love this store then most taco times I come to day round 11:25 today and it was not busy
Something has changed, they never used to have throw away ketchup and the beef and chicken was always flavorful and not salty, but I have tried the Lynnwood off 44th and 196th and the edmonds off hwy99 and both had bad oil tasting shells for the Toscana salad and my wife and I both found the beef and chicken bland, overly salty as if they are having it precooked in a warehouse and shipped to the store for reheating.
Nice and professional people at both locations, but the food quality has become equal to the blah salty food you get at Taco Bell.
Honestly, if this is the food they are gonna serve now, then you might as well stay at home and cook yourself.
Come on Taco Time, you used to do so much better.
The food is normally great, however, yesterday my friend and I ordered take out and our rice was undercooked and not even edible. We had to throw it out.
Love the food PNW staple
I love this local place. Some very fresh and tasty ingredients with the benefit of being fast and having a drive through. Their tortilla chips are light and crispy. I always get some of those. My go to favorites are the crispy tacos or the nacho platter.
I came in at 8pm. Ordered 2 hard tacos and a soft taco and a crusto. I specified fresh on the crusto since I was in a month ago and the crusto wasn't edible had turned to a brick, but served togo to me anyways. So this time I got home with my food and to my horror they had microwaved a old crusto from this morning and put tons and then tons more of cinn and sugar on the hot grease laddern chips, you couldn't see the chips they were so coated.I just couldn't understand why I didn't get fresh? Or at least told there are none. So I returned to the resturant, since phone calls go to a call center for Taco Time. I asked the same girl, didn't I say fresh and she said yes. I then got the manager who has no idea what customer service is. Of course I was mad. He could have cared less and stood buy the crustos that he said were made that morning. I guess he doesn't understand they are no good 10 hrs later. All I wanted was a little yummy dessert, my bad. Sheesh I've eaten here many times in 40 yrs. The last handful of times I didnt really like the food. I'm not going back.
Thejr classic veggie burrito is really great...avoid the cod fish burrito though. It's Yucky.
You can get local, healthy food here with little processed food. They offer containers that compostable.
Another fast-food place but not bad! Good service and tasty food!
It was the best I ever had there. Everything was hot and even the beans tasted better.

The spicy tater fries are soo good! This New Mexican felt like I was back home. 😋
Did the taco bar catering for 10 people for a family dinner party at home & it was great! Plenty of foods, options, extras, packed up nicely in boxes. Did half chicken & half beef, half crunchy & half soft, half pinto & black beans. Comes with everything: chips, guac, ranch, cilantro lime dressing, veggies, cheese. All the serving utensils, paper plates & utensils. Made hosting a dinner party with kids & adults alike super easy at a decent price point & lots of left overs!
Delicious food, hot and fresh, if you know how to talk to the employees everything will be fine. One bad employee doesn't mean the place is bad. If you have any problems talk to the current manager Manuel, he is very friendly and always fixes everything!
This location is so slow to get orders out!
The classic burritos that I ordered to go were cold, the employees seemed apathetic & annoyed and appeared dirty as well. Probably the worst taco time in Western WA. I would recommend avoiding this place!!
