I cam in the drive thru after work with maybe 3 cars ahead of me. The wait was short and food came out fast. Customer service was fine.
Unfortunately every bite of my classic veggie burrito included hard rice. Not pepitas, which I love. But the bottom of the warmer hard rice. The first bit I thought it was just an accident, a little dry rice from the edge of the pan got on. But every bit had dry rice. More dry rice than not.
I don't know if it was old, or the end of the pan. But when you order a veggie burrito you want every ingredient to taste nice. It was also underseasoned. Which was odd. I usually love taco time beans and get veggie burritos and crisp burritos often. Also the ranch was only on the bottom.
This one was very disappointing for my first trip to this location.

Don’t order mobile here. They don’t start your order until you get here. May as well go through the drive-thru.
Been this way multiple times I’ve visited. It’s just not worth anyone’s time to eat at this Edmonds location. No problems at other Taco Time NW locations - this was one is not up to brand standards.
Writing this as I’ve watched two cars order, and receive food as my order is fifteen minutes late.

Although the people are friendly, every time I order through the drive through they always forget multiple things. I try to remember to check because of this but sometimes I am tired after work and just want to get home.

Some of the worst customer service ever I usually always go here, but I don't know who they have working at 1:06 pm The heavier set lady and the old man at the window were just rude I explained to the old man that he had given me the wrong order yesterday because he was kind of rushing me out of the drive-through and I said you gave me Bean instead of beef and he said well I'm giving you beans today which mind you they are out of beef so they had to give me bean which is not what My son prefers he likes the beef but I went with the beans today because that's all they had however he just kind of brushed me off like it didn't even matter that he messed up my order the day before and the heavier lady her customer service sucks when she passed me my bag and I told her thank you and she just kind of looked at me dumbfounded like she didn't know how to deal with customers. Please put some people to take orders that are actually worth something and make the customers feel welcome because stuff like this I don't wanna go back there and i'm a good customer. This is usually my go to taco time but I don't like that kind of service.

Staff are I guess not super smart. I go to order a CHICKEN soft taco meal, lady goes “got it anything else” I order for my partner and then the lady goes “sorry was that a beef taco ” I say no it’s a chicken soft taco. And I also ordered some sauces, we get to the window I get the bag and mind u a Cesar wrap and a soft Cato combo and another drink is 27 dollars. Anyways we get the food and they give me the smallest BEEF soft taco I’ve ever seen and they left the sauces out. I’m not sure what is so hard about taking orders and putting food in a bag but I suggest whoever owns that franchise sell it to someone who would actually care and uphold the standards of taco time NW, a restaff wouldn’t hurt either.

Ordered a combo (two crispy taco with beef) this afternoon and noticed uncooked ground beef on my tacos. Are you serious?

Got food poisoning from the chicken cesar wrap. Tater tots were also overly salted and cold.

Something has changed, they never used to have throw away ketchup and the beef and chicken was always flavorful and not salty, but I have tried the Lynnwood off 44th and 196th and the edmonds off hwy99 and both had bad oil tasting shells for the Toscana salad and my wife and I both found the beef and chicken bland, overly salty as if they are having it precooked in a warehouse and shipped to the store for reheating.
Nice and professional people at both locations, but the food quality has become equal to the blah salty food you get at Taco Bell.
Honestly, if this is the food they are gonna serve now, then you might as well stay at home and cook yourself.
Come on Taco Time, you used to do so much better.
The food is normally great, however, yesterday my friend and I ordered take out and our rice was undercooked and not even edible. We had to throw it out.
Love the food PNW staple
I love this local place. Some very fresh and tasty ingredients with the benefit of being fast and having a drive through. Their tortilla chips are light and crispy. I always get some of those. My go to favorites are the crispy tacos or the nacho platter.
