We had teriyaki chicken yesterday and the chicken was rubbery and dried rice. The lettuce was terrible. Not coming again!

Bland chicken. Dried and not so flavorful. They give you a lot of rice and just little bit of chicken. Compared to price, Panda Express is way better. Something odd with this place….

Decent food at decent price. I got the basic smattering if fried sides (gyoza, egg roll, spring roll, fried rice, cream cheese wanton), miso soup, and chicken katsu dinner. Felt like $6 was a little steep for the egg rolls and spring rolls but the chicken katsu order is a huge serving. Could have bigger sauce cups for sides but ?‍♂️ shrug emoji. Forgot my fried rice and miso soup and didn't answer when I called that night, return the email I responded to with order details, and didn't seem to understand when I called today, but I stopped by at dinner time and they were happy to replace my forgotten items. The food comes out really quick, so thats a plus. Nothing to write home about but I'd go back.Parking: Plenty of parking

Fast and yummy! The phone kept ringing with people calling in to-go orders almost the whole time I was there.

The absolute best teriyaki we have ever had!!! Huge portions, tender meat and delicious!!

Not bad. We tried a variety of items from Teriyaki Way. Good size portions and it will fill you up. Reasonable price. The chicken teriyaki wasn't bad. We also tried the cream cheese wontons which almost had a little too much cream cheese in them. I also tried the bento box with chicken teriyaki. The teriyaki itself was decent as was the tempura shrimp and veggies. The California roll wasn't very good though. I would probably skip this. The salad was a nice touch but I wouldn't decide if the dressing was good or not. Overall it will do the trick if you're hungry but nothing stood out.

Unremarkable and flavorless. The proteins are cooked way in advance and have absolutely no character or flavor. The teriyaki sauce is ladled on afterwards so there is no caramelization or char on proteins.

We always call in our order and it's always correct and it's always ready in 15 minutes.

The food was excellent! The staff was super kind. One of my top teriyaki places so far I've tried.

Used to work in U District and have been looking for a good Teriyaki restaurant for about a year. I have found it! I ordered basic Teriyaki chicken. The chicken was very flavorful and tender. The sauce was one of the best I've had. Not salty like some oher places. The salad dressing came on side so it didn't get watery like I've had before. Portion size was great. I have leftovers. Also it was very clean and the woman who helped me was very sweet. So glad to have found this place.

EDIT: my dad called again and they agreed to refund us one of the charges. I confirmed that my credit card has been credited back for the second charge. While I appreciate their response, our opinions about the food stands.ORIGINAL POST - 1 star: I placed an online order and my dad paid for it with his cc to treat us to lunch. When I arrived to pick up the woman said I didn't order one of the dishes that we already paid for and made me pay for it again. I didn't have the receipt right then because it went to my dad's email address so I couldn't dispute it at the time. I paid for the dish again and left unhappy. The food wasn't great so that was disappointing too. My dad called after lunch but nothing was resolved and he still hasn't received a credit for the dish we paid for twice. Needless to say we won't be patronizing this establishment again.

If you like your beef teriyaki to come with a jaw workout this is the place for you. Have you ever put beef jerky in the microwave for 2 minutes? Well, me either! But I assume it would taste something like this places beef teriyaki. It was dry and extremely chewy. They should sell their beef teriyaki as "teriyaki gum" because you can chew it all day and it never goes away. I would love to say, "I probably just caught them on an off day" but sadly it's not my first time here. Last time I got the chicken and let's just say I WISH I WOULD HAVE MADE THAT MY LAST TIME EVER COMING HERE. Chicken shouldn't be dry and chewy neither should the beef. It seems obvious y'all got a problem and need to change something.

The food is great and the service is amazing! I ran in 10min before closing in hopes of surprising my fiancé with his favorite dinner, but was fully expecting to be turned away because it was so late! They were so helpful and got my order taken and ready so quickly. We will definitely be back!

On top of having a very nice front of house lady this is the best teriyaki place in shoreline, mount lake terrace, and Lynnwood. Trust me we have tried them all and this is by far the favorite! Quick service, great teriyaki!
