Too slow

Good teriyaki place. Good lunch special, friendly staff and cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in a teriyaki joint. What more to say!

I will add a watch a grumpy lady and her son(?) walk in and snap at her because she couldn't find chicken teriyaki on the menu. The worker was very patient and kind despite how they were treating her. That is a big selling point to me.

I ordered their chicken combo and miso soup. The chicken was extremely dry and the miso soup was supposed to have tofu and green onions and all we got was broth. Very disappointing. I will never order from this place again. Don’t waste your money!

Fast service, amazing food, and I loved the atmosphere. Especially the bento boxes come at such a value I keep coming back!

The chicken teriyaki was very good with quality sauce where it smoothly blended in with the chicken. The order was surprisingly fast with the lady being very welcoming and caring. The place was clean and would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Treat drivers like people that work for you. Stop choosing which drivers need to be checked for the confirmed delivery when you let other drivers go unchecked because they look like you. You're the only restaurant in the area that asks to confirm the order. The app makes drivers confirm they are at the store. It's the app's problem if the order or drivers have a problem. They are worth 100 billion dollars. The restaurants next to you and across from you don't ask drivers to confirm the order like they are thieves.

Wife and I have been coming to Teriyaki Way for about 5 years now. It had always been amazing but was recently sold (about a year ago) to new owners. Since the new owners have taken over, the quality has gone down hill. Recipes have changed (not for the better), they've expanded into Boba teas and other take home offerings from the display fridge that were previously not offered. I suspect is taking their focus away from their core business. Their prices have gone up. Which this we understand needs to happen with the passing of time and economy and such but with the quality of their food going down makes it no longer worth the price. We used to make an effort to come eat here at least once a week but have only gotten food from here once in the last 3 months since the new ownership. The staff is very friendly and polite and the place is very clean which is always a major plus. It's just not the Teriyaki Way of the past, it's just average. Disappointing.

Teriyaki taste and looks like barbecue sauce was put on top and gyoza taste very dough-y. Service was fast but wouldn’t not recommend.

Ordered chicken breast teriyaki and got the most rubbery disgusting chicken. The teriyaki sauce is sludgy and tasted like gravy and was cold. The best part of the meal was the iceberg lettuce.

My favorite teriyaki spot in this area! Friendly staff, great food, cool space. I'm here twice a week, usually, and the cashier always remembers my regular order, and is ready to ring me up basically right as I walk in.

The service is ok, but the chicken was raw for my teriyaki chicken ? overall if you order chicken teriyaki make sure the chicken is cooked or any food containing chicken.

I am having total deju vu. I remember exactly what I said about this place and yet it was never posted so here is my review for this top notch low scale Chinese restaurant: Once upon a time I came here but myself after going to the dollar tree because it was pouring down and they offered me the free egg flower soup, which tasted amazing and the chicken teriyaki with salad and dressing gave me so much good energy. Some food weighs you down and some food gives you a boost. My partner is even pickier with quality and he said the hot and spicy chicken teriyaki was the best he ever had. My son got the kung pao chicken which was so sweet like an orange. I love it when food is cooked the same like they did so expectations don't need to be lowered which makes it harder to justify going back to somewhere. Consistancy is key!
