My family and I have been coming here for many years! We had never really experienced anything bad but today our experienced was very negative. The food was fine but with the way we were treated when we were paying our bill. The cashier let us know the is a 15% surcharge for a party of 5, keep in mind it was 3 adults, a 7 year old and a 1 year old. We asked why since it was only 4 of us and explained that the baby shouldn’t count as an adult, they then told us it was because the baby made a big mess. I’m sure he’s not the 1st baby nor the last that will make a mess there! Anyways if you have a party of 5 or more be aware they will charge you an extra 15%! The owners/workers do not take any complaints or negative criticism well!!!!

Recommend not to ever come here!! Been here multiple time and one of the time I was given rotten broth I asked for a new plate and came back with hairs and still charged me for it. And today as of 1/17/25 I went to go have lunch with party and 4 and a baby and they wanted to charge me 15% more for a party of 5 and when I said why they said because my baby counted after I mentioned I didn’t buy him a plate. And the owner said it was because the mess my baby had made on the floor after I said I will clean it up.and Be careful going there they use the vegetable that is served on the plate back if it’s not touched!!!! Disgusting people never again! Horrible

DO NOT EAT HERE. found a hair in every entree and side dish. when i let the servers know she just looked at me and spoke in another language to her coworker and didn’t say anything regarding the hair. then she proceeded to charge 15% tip because it was a table of 5. i proceeded to tell her that i was gonna pay separate because i just got spring rolls. she than said that i would still have to pay a 15% tip. we decided to pay the bill together and she didn’t let us choose our tip option and was very demanding that she wanted to input the tip and so she did. This was a horrible experience for my family and i. we left very unsatisfied not only because of the service but because there was nothing done about the amount of hair we found in our food. not even a sorry.

This place is PHENOMENAL. I go here a few times a month. They open at 9:30am sharp so it is very convenient for when I want pho for breakfast and all the other restaurants open at 11am. They have the fastest service I’ve ever experienced. You walk in, choose where you want to sit, and order right off the menu that is already on the table. Once you order, the food is out within a minute or 2. The menu small only offering pho and spring rolls or egg rolls but a variety of tea/drinks. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite and a chill environment.

Recently, they’ve drastically reduced the meat portion. The ‘large’ size now has about the ‘small’ size used be. They should have either increased the price or reduced the portion size ‘NOT BOTH’.
I ordered a large tai chin nam pho bo, to be delivered by uber eats, unpacked my food, and saw an exceedingly small portion of meat. Since it comes with three meats, I thought there must be more, but no. I work in a medical facility, so had a scale handy, and it was roughly 3 ounces, in the saran wrap. So let's say 2.5 ounces. I just paid 20 dollars for broth, and rice noodles. Eye of round steak is 10.99 a pound, so about 1.70 worth of meat in the pho. That leaves about 17.00 for broth. Scam artist crooks.

i order a thai iced tea, i took a sip, and it tasted really weird and so i asked to have it sent back and I was told I had to pay and leave and to not come back. I paid for my far I ate the pho, but honestly not a very good bowl. not the same as Pho Than Brothers on Aurora South, just go to that one. The Thai tea was also six dollars in an 8 ounce cup full of ice probably not even getting a dollar per ounce. I don’t know what kind of customer service just tell someone to not come back after they don’t like an item

Soup and taste not original anymore . Taste like water and msg with less beef flavour. Soup looks darker not clear Ordering Large with very little noddle and meat. Price went up very expensive bowl Charge 18% Tip straight up because over 3 person .
