First time here, really great food. The crumpets were soft yet crunchy. I tried one with egg and one with honey, both were light and really good. Tea as well, this is some good food!
Crumpets were a new experience for hubby and me! We happily found out how good they are and especially at The Crumpet Shop in Edmonds. I went for sweet and hubby went for savory. My lemon curd crumpet was jut enough sweet, but not too sweet. Hubby had the savory egg and cheese crumpet that was in his words “very good.” The shop was very clean, the tea was spot on, and had free refills. Hubby enjoyed an Americano. A big thumbs up for crumpets from us! We will be back!
