I went to this place for the first time with my family on Mothers Day. We didn’t have a reservation. The front desk said it would take 30mins. But the manager came by and reassured us we would have a table in about 5mins, and we did! The waitress was kind. The food was AMAZING! The manager came to check in on us- which I really appreciate especially with how busy it was, he still made sure our table was taken care of. Honestly, you have a 5 STAR MANAGER working there!!! I’m a business owner personally and can be very picky with customer service and food quality. I’m SO pleased with our experience on Mothers Day!!! I will be bringing my mother, my son, my brother, and myself back to your establishment!!! Great manager, and awesome food!

Love the food, excellent fish & shellfish, great specials. I loved the lamb special I had. Reasonable selection of micro rews & interesting cocktails & deserts too.

I've been a loyal and friendly customer for years, and they eventually started treating me like a celebrity. However, one evening I was suddenly refused service. I asked them to explain several times until they finally threatened to call the police. I told them they were discriminating but they claimed they had the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This is discrimination and assault.

One of my only 5 stars. I feel like ppl give 5 stars way too easily. They make almost everything in house from what I can taste. Devine. The only thing lacking is it's kind of a basic vibe (3 stars) as far as the restaurant atmosphere goes. Everything else 5 stars

In a fish restaurant a hidden gem is found...Rack of lamb.

This lamb was more tender, juicy , and flavor filled than lobster -fish or prime rib...it's taste is on its own level.
The service was enveloping...not stuffy ..the Knob Creek taken neat was a great generous...wish could have the lamb more often...it is occasionally served ...as a special.

Ordered from the special menu and got the rack of lamb. It was amazing! Will definitely go again. The staff was very helpful and friendly

A great place to chill and have a great lunch or dinner! The atmosphere in the store is great, there’s cool stuff around restaurant, they have a bar with lights on the wall, they also have really good food, would recommend.

Good food, good variety, with great service.

First time at the Hook. We had reserved a table for a birthday celebration. It started with a warm welcome and the positive experience just kept going. Our server Savannah not only made us feel welcome and special. She was happy to answer questions and to accommodate last minute changes easily and with a great spirit. The food was very good. I had the pesto scallops penne which was some of the best pesto I've had in a long time. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we will definitely be returning. Attaching a photo with our Server Savannah.

Terrific service and beautiful modern seafood. We went the weekend before St. Patty's and they had live performers from the Irish Dance school next door. What a great time!

Great staff and wonderful burgers

I was so happy with everything about my experience here. The bartender gave phenomenal service and made me the best chocolate martini! The food was also delicious. And their ranch is 10/10. Definitely going back!

Been to Hook several times over the past few years and has always been pretty good. Today though, not some much. Got the Mushroom Burger with chowder. We'll, they changed the bread type on the burger and now the bottom is all soggy and not edible. For the chowder, which was an upgrade, they only filled the cup halfway. Very disappointing Hook, do better!

Save your time and money. Avoid this business. Rude and disrespectful staff. Cold and drafty. Bartender shouldn’t tell you to sit down and they’d be right over just for the hostess and waitress to laugh at us and ask if we sat ourselves after 5 minutes of no one coming over to us.
