Food is good but expensive. Service is suffering, i've had multiple occassions where servers simply disappear never to return. Very odd, shift changes who knows? I also reached out to reserve bowling for a private party and no one responded. Seems like there are growing pains here but service needs a step up

Lowered rating due to dine in service charge of $9.60 -- what are you Canlis??? Large servings and friendly staff -- albeit it was a limited brunch menu being offered - would not return....

We had a wonderful dinner date with our three year old twins! The staff were so kind and helpful (shout-out to Matt!), the food came out quickly for our kiddos and were HUGE portion sizes. We happened to be there during Seattle Restaurant Week so they had an awesome promotion. My husband and I enjoyed everything we tried! The Tavern Chop was delicious and the Polenta fries are to die for!

A chicken sandwhich and a beer is 43 dollars here. Do with this information what you will.

Discontinued 1/2 price Whiskey Wednesday. Sonya is a great bartender and provides excellent service. Tasty burger and fries to balance it out. Space is bright and open with plenty of TVs to watch football.

5 stars across the board. The service was fantastic and the food did not disappoint. The restaurant also appeared to be very clean and the kitchen organized. Will definitely be back to try more of their menu!

We’ve been visiting Scott’s Bar & Grille for the last couple of years. Every meal we’ve ever had has been stellar! We can always count on Scott’s to have an excellent meal every time! I love the chicken maple salad and rigatoni entrees. My husband loves the ribs. We both love the fantastic garlic bread! There’s a variety of mixed drinks and beer. The atmosphere is relaxing and great place to watch the games! If that weren’t enough, the staff is stellar, always! Thank you for being so consistent in all aspects! Very much appreciated!

A Soviet Russia experience at New York City prices.
I'd say our experience here was laughably bad, but that would be an insult to professional comedians. We came for our first visit to this downtown Edmonds destination on Friday at 4 PM - a few people in the place but starting to get more traffic. We ordered a cider and a soda, the pretzel appetizer, and the halloumi salad and rodeo burger entrees.
Soda was completely flat - just syrup and water. After the waiter took it away, she reported it would be "a while" before any actual soda was available.
Pretzel appetizer never showed up.
Entrees arrived but no water ever came to refill the bottle left on the table so the waiter can ignore you more safely.
The grilled halloumi salad was OK, but grilled implies hot, or at least warm, and this protein is served cold. That's a choice, but it's a bad one - the point of halloumi is to taste it, and it should be room temperature or warmer to get the point of halloumi, which is that you can grill or fry it and it won't melt.
The rodeo burger was not that. I was served the bleu burger instead, and everything on the plate was as dry as cardboard. The bun was toasted but at least 3 days old - basically, compressed sawdust. The burger patty was dry as the bone off which the beef was carved. The bacon was crisped to the point of shattering. It was barely lukewarm, which meant the bleu cheese didn't melt. The fries were dry as a bale of hay and cold below the top layer that had been under the warming lamp while waiting for our waiter to serve us.
"Can I interest you in dessert?"
Hard pass, but thanks.
The bill: Eighty dollars.
Eight. Zero.
Sure that could not be right, I read of the mandatory 20% service charge assessed to relieve diners of tipping, then commented to my lovely wife that while I oppose the practice of tipping, it apparently serves some purpose of which I’d been previously unaware.
This place is marketed as a family-friendly pub, and that's exactly what it is: a place for parents to bring their little kids and so they can have a drink and pretend they're getting an upscale experience instead of taking the family to McDonald's ... which, by the way, is less than five minutes away, and where you can get a hot burger that at least approximates what you ordered, a carton of hot, salty, oily fries, and a bucket of fizzy soda for twelve bucks if you round up to give your spare change to Ronald McDonald House.

Awesome truffle smash burger. Very mediocre fries.
After a return visit and a plate of fish n chips the fries were perfect! Warm and crunchy. At least until I doused em in malt vinegar. The fish had good crust and was not over cooked and chewy.

First time going to this location. Went for some drinks and bowling. Bowling was fun and service was fine but was served this half full (mostly ice) old fashioned and decided we’d move on. Too bad.

The food is usually pretty good. I'm happy to see a place fighting tip culture.
But honestly, just roll the "service fee" into the price of the food. The price listed should be what you pay. I'm happy to see tipping going away but the angry reviews here would probably go away if you just said in the menu "Our staff is paid a fair wage, so no tips required." That would probably be a welcome sight, rather than some fee.
When they first opened I recall service being a bit rocky. But it's gotten better. This place isn't the slam-dunk it should be. Even before the 20% service charge the prices seem high. But we've come back multiple times if that says anything. I really want to like it more but I think they're still getting ramped up.
