I got the ugeoji galbi tang (우거지갈비탕) and I was very disappointed. There was very little ugeoji and, similar to other reviewers, I felt as though the soup was lacking authentic flavor and tasted like spicy hot water. Also, this dish does not have vermicelli (당면) like most galbi tang.
The chef (or owner?) was a older Korean woman who was more interested in watching her Korean reality shows rather than addressing my questions or confusion about the dish.
All in all, I did not have a good experience and I would not recommend this restaurant for its service and ugeogi galbi tang (especially for $25-26).

Broth was very clear and flavorful. Mandu was also great!!
We came super close to their closing time, still accommodated us, and waited for us until we were finished eating even though it was past their closing time. Their food was very delicious especially their grilled mackerel.

“I recently visited a Korean restaurant in Edmonds and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere was very cozy, and the service was top-notch. I especially loved the fresh dumplings – they were incredibly delicious! I will definitely be coming back again!”

We tried this restaurant for its Korean traditional soups, and while the flavors were good and authentic, they didn’t quite align with our personal taste preferences. The bibimbap was decent but nothing extraordinary. If you’re a fan of Korean soups, it might be worth trying, but it wasn’t the right fit for us overall.

If you think the seolleongtang here is delicious, there is a problem with your sense of taste. Even the drinking water smells like an unwashed water bottle.

Very comforting Seolleongtang, delicious and fresh kimchi and radish. This is the 2nd time we eat here, definitely not going to be the last.

Honestly really good food
And you can change the salty level yourself.
Yes only two sides but both are exceptionally well, all homemade, better than other places with 100000 mediocre side dishes, these are true Korean food

One of my family’s favorite Saturday breakfast place! My kiddos and I would come here after soccer ⚽️ and have a cozy warm bowl of yummy soup 🍲. Staff is friendly, service is wonderful, experience is amazing. Take-out order is delivered with love too!

This is a great place for Korean beef soup made in a traditional way. The soups are well-seasoned with generous portions of ingredients. Accompanying side dishes go very well with the soups.
