I love woods coffee. Hands down my favorite coffee shops in Washington. The avalanche is incredible and if they had a location in the Tacoma area I’d probably get one every day unfortunately lol. The apple cider rush is a must if you don’t like coffee but love fall and need a pick me up

They're always personable, kind, warm people. Miriam, Cayden, Joanna, Nathan, everyone is amazing. We've been coming here for YEARS and it's been so wonderful. Coffee is made very well, mochas are always on point, and it's a safe space for us ♥️

The drinks are the star of the show here, but there is a good variety of breakfast foods and snacks. My favorite drink is thier blueberry spinach smoothie.
Tl;Dr: Overall a great spot but food descriptions need clarity for dietary purposes.
Coffee shop was nice, quiet, had good seating and WiFi to work out of. Power at most of the tables it you need it.
The mocha I ordered was excellent.
My only issue is the food doesn't have any descriptions that are meaningful. For example there are small bagel bites. But nowhere does it say they are stuffed with cream cheese which I usually can't eat, and I only found out after biting into one.
The staff was nice and offered to get me something else, unfortunately for me I can't eat something after a mistake like that for a while so I ended up without anything else.

Cold brew coffee is slightly acidic with a berry aroma. When ordering American style, they will proactively ask if you want medium roast or heavy roast. We ordered medium roast and it still had the aroma of sauce.
