Delicious and affordable place not too far from Edmonds downtown. Owners are very friendly and kind, making sure they meet your needs. We wanted to make a take out order for the Kimchi Creamy Udon, and have the udon cooked separately since we were planning to have it the day after. They initially said they never done it before and said it might be difficult, but made an exception and prepared it in a way we needed it hearing that we lived far away. We cooked it the day after, it was delicious!!
We had LA kalbi teriyaki and fried chicken in the restaurant too. Can't go wrong with LA kalbi. We were surprised at the HUGE portion of the fried chickens. One comment is that the Yangnyum fried chicken had more sour taste to it than sweet for our palette (we're Koreans). Wasn't sure if it was just a one-off thing or if that's the taste they prefer.
Saw a lot of people dining in and making take out orders. Would recommend giving a try if you're in the neighborhood.

Loved it here! It was our first time eating here and WOW! That fried chicken is amazing!!! My whole family was impressed with how juicy and crunchy their fried chicken was. We also loved their teriyaki chicken and katsu. Our new favorite place for teriyaki!

Lovely family-run place with an extensive menu with Japanese and Korean dishes. I heard about this place in a review of another place & decided to check it out. Ordered the Korean fried chicken in soy garlic and the sweet & spicy red sauce + veggie yakisoba. All delicious! Also had kimchi & the sweet lady owner gave us extra pickled daikon. Yum! Forgot to take photos but will definitely come back to try more of the menu (perhaps teriyaki or bulgogi). If u want trendy atmosphere, go somewhere else. If you want great Asian food, come here.
Wow. While the atmosphere is very clean it is still a strip mall space yet it doesn’t feel over the top flourescent etc. Very comfortable. Their Japanese curry is the perfect texture and heat. The katsu was tender fresh with a perfect crunch. The Korean fried chicken came out juicy with a perfect amount of fry time on a light but high crisp perfect crunch factor coating. I consider myself a bit of a terryaki and fried chicken connoisseur and would give 10 stcomfortable. My daughter said the steamed rice was the best and she loves her steamed rice so she knows what she is talking about.

Did just 2 orders of chicken teriyaki and a thing of chicken fried rice to-go, also it was still hot when I got home and the best thing to devour! Super welcoming when I walked in!

this is an authentic Korean style fried chicken. Feel like a warm family owned restaurant. the fried chicken nd curry is good as anybody else said. What make it exceptional is the price and how kind the people there. They will stop you from over-ordering. I’ll come often if I live closer.
